Garage parking stall is included with our compliments, close to elevator lobby for convenient access. Disney Aulani Resort only a 5-minute walk along the beach walk, you can enjoy character dining, restaurants, bars, and shops. Target, Costco, Safeway, and all the restaurants and shopping that Kapolei offers., are a 5 minute drive.
There are restaurants, a boutique grocery store, and the outstanding Roy's restaurant in easy walking distance from the Beach Villas.
Some of our favorites is the Monkey Pod across the street from Disney Aulani in Ko Olina station, and many shops and restaurants in KoOlina station offers a more casual fare. For a memorable sunset, reserve a table at Longboards at the Marriott beach club, the Four Seasons, or Disney Aulani. If you have children, or are a child your self, the Disney character buffets are a delight, reservations required. Just speak with our concierge for help with dining or activity reservations. Aloha !

The fully equipped kitchen was designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi with high end appliances. Cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything you need to prepare and serve is included. Full-size Sub-Zero fridge and freezer with ice maker and separate wine cooler, Wolfe 5 place glass cook top, oversize oven, every small appliance needed, including professional Blend-Tec, coffee grinder and maker, air fryer, and rice cooker. Dishwasher, and plenty of utensils are included along with provided amenities for BBQ and poolside areas. No glassware in pool areas, please. Mahalo for your understanding.

This property is perfectly positioned. The 2nd lagoon is superb and never crowded. This condo is the best of several units that I've stayed in. The view is killer and the unit has everything you'd need. The checkin process was silky smooth; the hosts communicated frequently. Absolutely A

The location is good but the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The shower was clogged & in need of repair upon arrival, painters tape holding a broken ceiling fan together, sweaty yellowing bed pillows, & an HOA gone wild with an inordinate amount of regulations & signage. We were told there was EV charging for our rental car & was told the same thing at checkin. Upon plugging the car in, we got a call from a curt woman informing us it’s only allowed between 10 PM-8 AM. We had to plug our car in at what felt like 2 AM to us and couldn’t charge it at all during the day. As the guests we paid for the charge (& were the only ones using it while we were there) so there’s no reason for them to demand off-peak charging. The AC can only be set to 74 or 72 (depending on which signage you read), which isn’t too comfortable during warmer days, especially if running the dryer which isn’t outside vented so it heats up the unit. The nearby Disney resort is a constant stream of noise (delivery trucks all day and night loudly beeping as they back up, leaf blowers, kids screaming, noisy shows/luaus) and the building HOA had noisy landscaping most of the days we were there as well. Not relaxing. The pros are the location is great, the sunsets are beautiful, the host was prompt & friendly (but the on-site management negated that). The listing pic of the Four Seasons should be removed because there’s no correlation other than the resort is 1/2 mile away & blocks the mountain view.
