Welcome to our beautiful luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! The complex of the Beach Villas is an Oceanfront property. Our villa is spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths in over 1500 square feet of living space. Our villa has beautiful unobstructed ocean views from the lanai. It has been completed repainted and is like new. New mattresses and linens, 4 new Smart TVs, new light fixtures have been installed as well and more modern amenities have been added. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The doors open up the living space to an expansive lanai adding an additional 234 square feet of outdoor living space with luxury seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a Bosch washer/dryer just which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The furnishings, Wi-Fi high speed internet, large flat screen smart TV's in every room and other amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There are also 2 reserved underground parking spaces included with our unit (at no extra charge) in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents. There is a minimal charge for parking for oversized vehicles that will not fit into either of my 2 parking spaces.
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are two luxury buildings gracing the white sands and turquoise waters of the Honu Lagoon 2, creating a sanctuary that is unrivaled in the islands. The Beach Villas offer every modern resort amenity including a beautiful lagoon pool with a sandy zero entry area for kids and 3 whirlpools. The exterior surroundings are furnished with exquisite outdoor seating and lounge furniture, including comfortable in-pool lounge chairs. There's something here to please everyone including new umbrellas and beach lounge chairs on the beach for rent as well as SUP boards for rent. If you want simple beach chairs, I supply 4 of those free of charge along with 8 towels, cooler, etc...
The Ko Olina Resort and Marina is located on the sunny western coast of Oahu, approximately 27 miles west of Waikiki beach and 25 minutes from the airport. The resort features 4 pristine lagoons ideal for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. The best Luau is a short walk away at Paradise Cove. For boaters, the marina offers sightseeing excursions to see humpback whales and spinner dolphins play offshore during the day or sunset cruises during the evening. For those who enjoy golf, the Beach Villas are across the street from an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson, and home to the LPGA 'Fields' Open'. Roy's Restaurant is also located across the street at the golf course within an easy stroll.
We have an amazing gym on property with sauna, steam room and on-board televisions on machines. A 1 1/2 mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. Additional restaurants are located along the way at the Four Seasons, Disney Aulani and The Marriott Vacation Club. These restaurants include Longboards Bar and Grill and Longhi's at the Marriott Vacation Club and AMA Ama and others at Disney Aulani Resort and Mina's Fish House and Noe at the Four Seasons. There is a commercial area within walking distance as well that has my favorite, Monkeypod, Island Vintage Coffee, Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor, Eggs & Things for breakfast, Mexican restaurant, great shops and a great little market for lunch and pick up items called Island Country Market. Disney Aulani and The Four Seasons have beautiful full service spas and you don't have to stay there to schedule a service. Restaurants and activities within a few miles of the Beach Villas include Wet N Wild (Water Park - a favorite of my children), Movie Theaters, Aloha Salads, Cheesecake Factory, and California Pizza Kitchen, Safeway grocery, Costco, Super Target, and Foodland. There are several professional Wolf grills located throughout the Beach Villa's pool area for your own cooking pleasure. You can walk to Starbucks or use either our regular coffee maker or Keurig in the room. There is also a teapot for the tea drinkers.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, soaking tub and separate shower. The secondary master is furnished with a queen canopy bed, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk overhead and a twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably plus there is a bar with 5 barstools.
We have searched for the perfect vacation property for years, and we finally found it at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. It is completely first class and luxurious. The beaches are uncrowded giving the feel of having your own private beach. You can rent paddle boards at our resort as well. Currently there are bike rentals throughout Ko Olina...the kind you scan, ride and park again. The sunsets are spectacular from the resort. We have live music at our own beach bar several times a week. Bring or rent snorkeling gear for an up close view of the sea turtles and tropical fish that frequent the lagoons. I do have many beach toys as well as snorkeling equipment in the large storage bin on the lanai. Please check inventory before you purchase or rent. Whales are a common site from the beach and the restaurant/bar during December through March. We are confident that you will love it as much as we do!
2026/2027 NOTES:
7 night Saturday to Saturday rentals will only be accepted for Spring, Summer and Winter months as well as Holiday and Event weeks unless you are booking for 11 or more nights and arrival and departure dates may be limited. Please inquire before making booking request if you wish to book anything but Saturday to Saturday. Thanks for your understanding.
HOLIDAY WEEKS NOTE: Christmas and New Years weeks for 2026/2027 will be available a year in advance but there will be nightly minimums for Christmas week 2026 (12/19-12/26) and for New Years week 2026/2027 (12/26-1/2 or longer). It is a lovely time to be on the island and the fireworks in Hawaii for the New Year are spectacular. You are welcome to rent both Christmas and New Years weeks.
I apologize but our By Laws at the Beach Villas don't allow us to take rentals for less than 6 nights so if less than 6 nights are left between bookings, I cannot book those nights whatsoever. That is why I had to employ for most demanded months a 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay.

Nice unit with lovely views in a beautiful complex in Ko Alina. We all enjoyed the beach and pools and being within easy walking distance of restaurants, stores and the marina. This is a terrific location for families with so much to do for people of all ages.

Upon walking in, we were struck by the expansive, open-concept layout. The large lanai glass doors allow natural light to flood the living area, creating an airy atmosphere that feels even larger than its generous square footage. The "island-modern" aesthetic provides plenty of room to breathe, allowing a family to coexist without ever feeling crowded.This condo was immaculate. From the sand-free floors to the crisp, high-thread-count linens, every corner was spotless.We’ve all stayed in "well-stocked" rentals that turn out to have one dull knife. This condo, however, felt like a primary residence.• The Kitchen: A chef’s dream featuring high-end appliances, a powerful blender, and an array of spices that saved us dozen trips to the store.• The "Adventure Closet": Instead of renting gear, we had access to premium Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a sturdy wagon, beach umbrella, and a reliable cooler.An Amazing HostWhile the physical space was stunning, the host’s hospitality truly defined our experience. Communication was proactive but never intrusive. We received a curated digital guidebook weeks before arrival with recommendations. When we had a minor issue with the lanai door, the host responded within minutes to have the issue fixed.Situated in the heart of the Ko’Olina resort district, the condo offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. The famous four lagoons are a short, scenic walk away, and local dining at Ko’Olina Station is just minutes away.

Such a beautiful place to stay! It was very easy to communicate with the host, which was a huge plus. We had a fabulous time and hope to go back!

This is a very nice resort between the Marriott and Disney properties. The condominium is tastefully decorated, well appointed and very comfortable. Resort staff friendly and very helpful .Our family enjoyed it very much. The lanai has very comfortable furnishings, a nice breeze and does have an angled view of the Pacific Ocean at a distance.To be honest, a modest view.This resort and some of its condominiums are indeed on the beach but this one is not. That said, it is a Very nice condo, comfortable resort and fun area for families Easy access to amenities and a short walk to visit all resorts, some quaint shops and some really fun restaurants.
