Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, central heating & AC, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with a fenced-in front yard. The home is located in the very desirable Sheveland Ranch neighborhood, 1 mile away from the bustling downtown Napa, with easy access to Highway 29, the gateway to the Wine Country as well as wineries, Michelin-star dining, world-class entertainment, cultural events, elite Outlet Mall shopping, golfing, biking, and walking paths along the Napa River. San Francisco & Sacramento airports are just 45 miles away.
There are 3 bedrooms. Relax in the spacious Master Bedroom with King size bed, large dresser, dual nightstands and a 55” 4K Smart TV. The Master bath area features a walk-in closet, dual sinks, a walk-in shower and an oversized bathtub. Your guests will enjoy the Second Bedroom with a Queen size bed and dual night stands with full closet. The second bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub. The Third Bedroom features two Twin beds with a nightstand and full closet.
There are 3 separate living areas. Entertain in the formal living room on the leather sofa or loveseat with a glass of wine . The second living area/family room has a 6 seating sectionals and a lift-up coffee table that provides a table to eat a casual meal or snack while watching your favorite shows on the 50” Smart 4K TV. In the third living area/media/game room you can enjoy a movie or watch your favorite sports on the huge 75” Smart 4K TV as you relax in the comfy sofa set with powered recline seats and cupholders, or listen to music with the wireless surround sound speakers.
The gourmet chef will love the fully equipped, wide open kitchen with pass through counter to the dining room. Plenty of counter space, cabinets and a large pantry. Enjoy cooking with the fresh ingredients from the local farmer markets & butchers using Smart Sous Vide, Instant Pot, Kitchen Aid Mixer, etc. Everything you need for your dining experience whether you are entertaining friends or having a casual dinner.
