All Pine Inn - Large 4bd/2ba - just steps to the village

Everything was perfect

Great for large groups but, place was poorly supplied and in a bit of disrepair.

The cabin was as described. Lots of games and plenty of space. We did run out of toliet paper, so it was a good thing my sister in law had brought one. It was nice that the kitchen had so many items(spices ,can opener, papertowels, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, etc.). The instructions on website vs what was sent to me had us a little confused. We paid cleaning fee, so was not sure how much cleaning we were required to do (we left house clean just in case, but did not vacuum) and some of the instructions said yes linens, another thing said no...but there were sheets ,blankets, towels etc. We brought our own, because we were not sure. Overall it is a nice older cabin...looks just like pictures- no surprises. We will book again in future.

Bedroom doors needed to be wiped down, vent above stove was gross, frying pans should be thrown away, No trash cans on the property, trash compactor old and broken couldn't open, not suitable for handicap or small children or senor citizens. Broke down truck in the driveway gives the neighborhood a trashy look. They give rules and regulations like its a beautiful vacation rental but its a dump! Was very disappointed. Still haven't received my deposit back.

Great location and plenty of room for our family! A little disappointed there was food residuals in the refrigerator and an open bag of ice and melted chocolate in the freezer. We brought our own paper plates and utensils but used coffee mugs which had TZt thgt to tree trTET

Close to town and the MH slopes. Nice comfortable home with full kitchen 4 king beds and a pool table. We had fun, thank you to the owners!

This property was just as it was advertised , great location near all amenities downtown plenty of room ,4 full bedrooms . Great location , bottom floor pool table , game room was awesome . The host was excellent in communication . We will be back ! Btw the snow storm was amazing !

it was the perfect cabin for me and my family, with enough and comfortable space.

Great location. Very quiet and peaceful.

I've never had to make our beds upon arrival this was always done but not here. Coffee maker took 3 hours to make a pot of coffee so we bought one. Kitchen could use some TLC. on the bright side location was perfect and bedrooms are large and roomy.

This was super close to all activities. It has lots of room and was clean.

Had some minor issues but hosts were available and had good communication. House well stocked for the week.

We had an awesome time. The cabin was spacious and had everything you need. It was a 5-10 minute drive to mountain high and centrally located in town.

Our family all fit comfortably, plenty of space for everyone! Lovely decorated for Christmas. Needs some upgrading, but We still would all come back again!

This place is great, the house is big, the basement is so cool with the pool table and recreational area. I had a great experience with Barbara, she is so helpful, I will go back million times!

I stayed here with my groomsmen the night before my wedding and the place was great. It was clean, safe, and appeared as advertised. If there were any issues with the place over the summer, they are gone now. The property manager was a good communicator, and we really enjoyed our stay!

I could not have been more disappointed in this property. I rented it for my family, including my grown children and their children. When one of my daughters saw it she decide she'd rather drive 100 miles at midnight rather than stay in this dilapidated, dangerous building. I couldn't blame her. I took pictures of some of the issues, but I don't see where VRBO provides a way to upload them. If I find it I will. Here's my list of issues: 1) Deficient, dangerous wiring. One outlet was pulled out of the wall - the electrical box exposed. No GFCI's in the bathrooms. 2) Lighting fixtures hanging from wires 3) Dangerous stairs inside and outside the building, especially for small children. We had 6, 4, and 2 year children in our group. The banister for the stairs had wide gaps, as did the stairs. I would not recommend anyone with young children staying in this place. 4) large burns in the drapes; broken furniture. 5) A "service vehicle" parked in one of the three parking spaces that was a total junker and was filled with junk. 6) Dust and dirt in the bedrooms. 7) fluorescent lighting fixture that appeared to be wired with extension cords - and no covers. 8) The next door neighbor - like 30 feet away - had a backhoe - a backhoe! in his yard. It looked like we were next to the city dump. 9) Dirty windows - obviously hadn't been cleaned in months or longer. 10) The stairs to the main entrance of the cabin were uneven and did not have handrails. 11) Carpet not properly installed; exposed carpet tacks. 12) Worn out dumpy appliances in the kitchen We were in Wrightwood for a wedding, and got to see other's accommodations. They were WAY better than this property. If you have young children you should definitely avoid this place.

This cabin was really great for our large extended family to stay in. With 3 levels and 2 balconies, there was a lot of room to relax and enjoy family time. The kid's toys in the upstairs closet were a real surprise to find and sure made the little ones in our group happy. We also loved that the cabin was within walking distance to downtown Wrightwood.

The house was more rustic than we thought from the photos and Needs some maintenance, bathroom care, and a rail for the staircase. The stairs are open to the living room and a child can easily fall. I suggested a rail to he owner so hopefully they will fix it soon.

It was a nice quiet get away from everyday life. I would come back

We had a wonderful stay. Barbara was very organized and quick to reply to any questions we had. Great layout for families. We also loved the fact that the town was right around the corner. Thank you!!

We had such a good time in this cabin! And everything is so close by. We definitely had some great memories here!

The cabin was very cozy and it had plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend some minor upgrades and fixes to the pull out garbage compactor in the kitchen, as well as cleaning the drains in the showers. The faucets in the bathrooms could also use some fixing so that the water doesn't come out in wide sprays. The pool table was terrific and provided most of the entertainment that our kids needed. The back of the living room couch was broken, so we were unable to use that section when relaxing by the fireplace.

My son, daughter, their families and I spent a week here after Christmas. It is located very close, a short walk, to restaurants, grocery and hardware stores and the ice cream/candy store! Parking was adequate for our 3 cars and accommodations were available for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. Although there was no Wi-Fi, that problem was solved with a mobile hotspot through our cellphone provider. Barbara, the owner, was readily available for information and any questions we had before and during our stay.

Convenient location and roomy cabin for our Girl Scout retreat. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. The house itself is charming but in need of some TLC/upgrades especially in kitchen and bathrooms.

Had a great time staying here with my wife and family. Within walking distance of village shops and a short 10 minute drive to the slopes. Can't wait to stay here again.

The cabin is very welcoming from the outside, and Love the easy access entrance! The inside is nicely decorated with older relics and pieces of history, goes great with the date and style of the home. 4 Large separate bedrooms with king beds made all of our guests feel very comfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillows unless you like stiff pillows.. that is not a flaw, just a personal preference. Plenty of dishes were available for use and cleaning products along with paper towels, trash bags and tp. Trash was very convenient. It also has a basement with pool table and large tv. That room is fun to hangout in but freezing and never heats up unless using a personal heater.. which is provided! 2 bathrooms unattached to bedrooms so all guest have access to them. Some updated tv's and a larger tv in the main room would make this place perfect. Also this cabin is in the best location! Walking distance from the market and restaurants and only a few min drive to hit the slopes. The owner is easy and nice to work with. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the All Pine Inn. The only issues... older TV's, only one coffee cup and no garbage cans on site to dispose of accumulated garbage. On yeah... I lost in pool because their was no chalk for cue stick :) Owner was very responsive and accommodated all requests. Don't hesitate... nice downtown location in a neat little SoCal town.
