The rooms were cute and spacious
It was difficult to find out room and to know which areas were ok to park. They could benefit from adding more way finding signage for the room and provide more clarification on parking signage. I was worried I was going to park in an unauthorized location and get towed. As a visitor it’s difficult when there isn’t a clear parking are signage.

Location. Bedding. Some cool furniture.
I didn't like that there was nobody their to greet me. I felt the photos on the internet over represented the reality. The photo of the room showed 2 video games. We only had one and the joystick was broken which was a bummer for my kid.

The lack of faces or not seeing anyone was kind of weird, we even went to the office to ask a question but nobody was there. They do respond promptly when you text and they are kind in their response. Overall was nice room, great location and easy checkin and out.
We are not techie people so the complete use of text/email and electronic communication THE ENTIRE time was a bit frustrating

They closed for business an hour before we arrived. Apparently due to new ownership. While we were unable to stay there,:the location was great and the units looked clean and comfortable. We ended up finding a new place to stay further from town and more costly.
No advance notice that they shutdown the business.

Perfect location at the edge of town, beautiful updated bath with nice toiletries, decorated in a cute mountain hipster way with some very thoughtful touches, including an old school video game in the little bunk room!
Not a thing!

We loved everything about this property! Location, vibe and staff were great. Wendy was helpful and very pleasant to talk to. We will be back to enjoy the GPC again!

Staff did all they could do (A+). Very clean, cute and excellent location to everything. Very quiet also It was 4th July & very quiet+ dog friendly.
The A/C system can't be controlled (horrible). There is NO remote for a/c. You can't turn it on or off or control the temp. It kept breaking even though it was new. (2) The frig knob was broken off. It barely got cold. The beverage cooler was fully stocked ($) but not cold. (3) TV kept cutting out (wifi problems). THE STAFF tried to fix all 3 problems but couldn't. IT'S $150 a night and I really don't know what management is doing with the A/C. I guess they want to be in control of your temp. Stay. I think these are big points as I am a lodge manager. I don't know what to say. I felt sorry for housekeeping. They were young but polite, professional and did their jobs perfectly. Hope this helps. I will return next 4th, but not without talking to a owner.

Location, near restaurants; quiet this time of year.
The cabin was tight. While we didn't need it, hopefully there were other rooms that were ADA compliant.

Having grown up in town, this place always had a horrible reputation. The cabins have been redone and are now clean and comfortable. The beds were great, each with four pillows and crisp bedding. Though small, the rooms made good use of what space they had. There is even air conditioning and a personal fridge. Loved that there was a smart TV and reliable wifi, as well.
In the bathroom, the water pressure was good and the high shower head was a nice touch. Plenty of towels were provided, but there isn't anywhere to hang them.
Though comfortable, the price was high for what was there. There aren't many alternatives in town, but the Airbnb/cabin rental options might be worth looking at before booking. While they cost more, there is much more value.
Reserved parking wasn't always available, the shower curtain rod was broken and kept falling down, some soap dispensers were empty and/or would work, and all interaction was automated. We received an excessive number of text messages, including check-out instructions on days we weren't meant to be leaving.
They also advertise free coffee in a community space, but the door is locked and no pin was provided.

Rustic feel but within the city center. Super comfortable bed. Staff was excellent. I liked the outdoor set up with picnic tables and console game.

Provide ice or at least mention that ice is not available on site. No big deal but we would have purchased on the way instead of going out again.

Great location for visiting the mountains and close to shops, fuel station and restaurants. Room was as expected and really enjoyed my stay.
Really enjoyed my stay, the only thing that was a slight issue was the stiffness of the room door. It needed trimming at the bottom and dragged along the carpet making it hard to enter. Not a big deal for me but for anyone old they would struggle to open.

I'm not happy with our stay I stayed in cabin #12 last night and I am disappointed in this cabin for these reasons
1- the right side of the bed the boards are broken and it was very uncomfortable didn’t get any sleep
2- there was no coffee machine in the room to make coffee there was everything else but the coffee machine
3- there was no hot water

Great location! Very scenic looking out the front window.
Maybe using a seasonal comforter in the middle of summer instead of a heavy down comforter. Also, an extra trash can would have been helpful in the bathroom, and perhaps a box of kleenex.

I’m really disappointed in this property. First, the staff lost our reservation and gave us a different room than we had booked, and one of the ladies told my friends and I to go over to the bar next door to get drinks and that the hotel was going to pay for our drinks. We went back and asked twice how they were going to pay for it, and she told us we were going to be reimbursed on the card we payed with. They ended up lying to us :( and NEVER reimbursed us!! They made us spend another $90 more than we ever intended. It really sucked :( I feel so mistreated for getting lied to like that!!!

Uncertain how long to wait for hot water. Then, when it got hot, it didn't stay hot for more than 30 secs.
No present staff at reception when things needed attention - like toilet not flushing properly. Just by chance when I bumped into a receptionist leaving the office, I asked him how to speed up the longer time to heat the water than when I lived in the Middle East, 47 years ago. His response: "You can't." Way overpriced for a remote, isolative, log cabin in a mountain community that once you go downtown is warm & friendly. Also, it was like pulling teeth to confirm my change of dates from 12/12-15 to 1/9-12 & to add $350 to the bill, totaling almost $600 for 3 nights! Yes, I wanted "remote", but this is far more remote & unresponsive than I had ever imagined. Thanks for the opportunity to alert others to the costs of doing business in a digitally-dependent, robotic, humanoid age when service has become obsolete.

Fantastic location. Well designed& updated rooms. But best of all was check-in with Cassie as both concierge AND barkeep for the outdoor bar in the courtyard. Best check-in ever! Such great customer service. Can't wait to return!

I liked the cabin aspect of the grounds. There were some outside repairs that needed to be done, typical for being in the mountains; loose nails, gate not latching, etc. But these things were also part of the charm. Very homey feel, and a comfortable bed.
The tile in the bathroom was slippery, my wife almost fell after her shower. Only 2 towels, and no rug or floor mat for showering. I suppose I could have requested more towels, but that leads to my only other complaint. There was never anyone in the office. It gave it kind of a cold feel. However, the person cleaning the rooms was very sweet and helpful.

The chance to get away and enjoy the charm of this beautiful town was amazing and the grand pine cabins was a cherry on top, super clean and great location

Location was perfect - just steps from town, a variety of restaurants and shops. No need to drive for anything!
Would be nice to have a late check out (say 1:00 or 2:00 PM) without a considerate large charge.

Absolutely amazing stay!
Cabins are just beautifully decorated, bed super comfortable, bathroom very modern and a great space to spend time with a family which includes even a free arcade game like in the 90’s.
We had so much fun with our kid being also super well located close to the ski slopes or trails depending on what you like.
Finally our hosts were super friendly and always there for us.

it was very conveniently located to Mountain High.
we arrived a little bit before check-in time, but had to wait in our car until we could check in.

the beautiful setting in the forest, in a beautiful cabin.
We had a child with walking disability. A rail to hold on, and walk up the steps from the street parking for rooms 1-4.
would be perfect. It would also help a Senior Citizen to have safety rails to go up those step.

The walls are very thin, could hear everything the guest in the next room were saying and couldnt sleep untill the stopped talking.
