Quiet holiday home above Playa de las Américas in San Eugenio Alto in a prime residential area. Las Américas is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife. Ideal starting point for golf, tennis and water sports activities. The various beaches in Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos can be reached quickly. The famous "SIAM-Park" water park is in the immediate vicinity.

The rooms are spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor, from which the private pool can also be reached, are the living room, the kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer and microwave), two winter gardens that can be used as a dining room and a shower room. The two bedrooms and the main bathroom with bathtub are on the upper floor. The pool, which only belongs to this house, is laid out on a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and Playa de Las Américas. Paid internet (1 € / day) via wifi.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 2 semaines dans cette villa une vue magnifique la piscine est parfaite. L adresse est pas bien indiqué par l hôte . J'espère y retourner un jour.Juste un problème avec le barbecue il faudrait que l'hôte investisse.
