Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Troy’s place in Sun Lakes. While the property would be considered a “double wide” - the remodeling that has been done gives it a real modern feel. More importantly, Troy personally greeted us, and was available to resolve some minor issues immediately throughout our stay.The area was super safe, and super quiet. The amenities (club house, pools, etc were awesome)Being right on the golf course was an added bonus. The back yard was our favorite spot to hang out. The grill he has makes me want to get one just like it! Additionally the couches in the living room were so awesome, we asked Troy where they got them - we want to get them for our house!When we go back to Arizona, this will absolutely be the first place we check to see if it is available. Thank you Troy!!!

We needed a place to stay until our house closed and this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was updated and had everything we needed to cook! Nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Thanks Troy!

It was a great property super close to family which was great. Bed in master was also very comfortable. House was nice and spacious and back yard area was wonderful.

While a little bit out of the way, and not the most up-to-date property, Troy's property was clean and offered plenty of space to spread out as I was staying with my elderly parents and a college friend for the NCAA men's basketball final four. The beds were very comfortable, the living room furniture, especially the recliners, allowed much-needed relaxation time after long days spent at the games. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and peaceful. Thank you Troy for a wonderful stay!
