About this cabin rental
"What A Blessing" is a gorgeous and spacious newly remodeled 2 level log cabin that is very cozy, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen with New Granite Counter Tops (as of 3/24) and a lot of extra amenities provided Free to our guests, a stacked washer & dryer (with liquid laundry soap, Downy, & dryer sheets provided), a private deck off of the back with a beautiful mountain view, nestled in the 24/7 Guard gated community of the Shagbark Resort in a great location! You are literally 2 turns and 6 miles (only 10 minutes) from the Shagbark guard gate to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge and you come out at light #3 which is Wears Valley Rd., right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge! Something Great about the Shagbark Resort is all of the cabins are on at least 1/2 acre lots, so they are not stacked on top of each other like some resorts are!
The loft area has a comfy King size log bed with a ceiling fan, your own private TV, and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. This is not a closed loft but it is very cozy and private.
The main level has the living room with a ceiling fan, a beautiful stone gas burning fireplace (in season Oct. 1st until April 30th), a 52" plasma flat screen TV with Direct TV that includes the NFL Sunday Ticket Channel, a DVD library with adult and kids movies, a leather reclining chair, a love-seat, a sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, a Queen bedroom with a very comfortable queen size mattress and a ceiling fan, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination (with plush towels), a stacked washer & dryer (liquid laundry soap, Downy, & dryer sheets provided) and a 60 game 2 player Video Arcade table set on Free play. Also relax privately under the stars in our two rocker recliners or in the nice hot tub on the private deck out back, also located on the main level. This cabin has a blacktop driveway with a parking area, so you can drive right up to the cabin!

The place isn't as spacious as it seems in the pictures. Definitely would NOT book this specific house with kids. We had two babies with us and it was VERY hard to fit a pack n play in the downstairs room and the floors were very creaky which made for lots of waking up for babies. The host was amazing! The hot tub was dirty and they got it cleaned that morning and we were able to use it the following night!

Could not have been more happy with this stay. The location was amazing. The views were phenomenal. The facility was perfect. Hot tub on the deck plenty of parking comfortable furniture in every room perfect size kitchen, clean bathrooms and as noted by my lady it was fantastic that they had hair dryers in both bathrooms. The host was amazing and provided fantastic. Communication answers to questions and support with needed assistance. Cannot wait to visit this property again. If they would allow me to give six stars I would. Highly recommend. Additionally there were great local shops for food and it was only a few miles away from downtown pigeon Forge, and all of the activity that goes on there.
