I loved the people staying there and the hosts, Bhavya, Karan, Ankit were just amazing. Food was good too. The weather was an unpaid character. The location is beautiful. I wanted to stay for more days, and next time its going to be that.

My stay at The BIR Bunker from Christmas to year-end was nothing short of magical. This place has such a beautiful vibe; the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and adventure. We stayed in a private room which was neat, clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a cozy retreat after long mountain days. Waking up to the majestic Dhauladhar mountain range every morning was surreal. Watching paragliders floating across the sky felt like being part of a giant kite festival calm, colorful, and mesmerizing 🪁. You don’t just stay here, you experience Bir. A special shoutout to Naihad, the heart and soul of The Bunker. He’s a gem of a person soft-spoken, super chill, and someone who effortlessly sets the vibe. Thanks to him, there was always something happening live music jams 🎶, bonfire nights 🔥, and fun game nights that made the cold mountain evenings warm and memorable. Meeting strangers, sharing stories, and jamming together is something I’ll cherish for a long time. Ankit and Bhavya deserve a big mention too always around to help with literally anything you need in the mountains. Super jolly folks, amazing trek buddies, and constant motivators! They, along with Naihad, pushed us to climb some insanely vertical steeps while making sure everyone was safe and encouraged. That support really makes a difference when you’re pushing your limits 💪⛰️. Now coming to the food , oh boy! 😍 Their in-house café, Olive Green Café, serves hands down the best food in all of Bir. Yes, Bir has some famous cafés, but the taste here is unmatched. The ginger lemon honey every morning literally soothes your soul ☕. The best hot chocolate I’ve had and when they devil it up by adding a little rum… it’s next level 🍫🥃. Must-try dishes: Butter chicken with paratha 🤌 Paneer makhani burger 🍔 You’ll be genuinely amazed that this level of taste and quality exists up in the mountains.
