The location within St Bees was excellent and there was plenty of parking
The apartment itself was immaculate but was just let down by small things.
For example it was very noisy, we could hear people talking in the other apartments (below & next to us) and one had a very yappy dog.
Also, the white toilet seat was very stained (yellow) & should be replaced. This was offputting & was surprising because the rest of the apartment was such a high standard.
We found the bed & pillows very firm & it wasn't very comfortable to sleep in.
We actually left a day earlier than planned because of the noise from the other apartments and the uncomfortable bed.
The wifi was also very hit & miss & quite unreliable.
If anybody has any mobility issues please be aware that the apartment is reached by a metal staircase.

very nice looking property
the heating wasn’t set correctly for first day and night so was freezing cold. then the boiler broke on last night. staff didn’t bother to tell us. left us to freeze all night as well as no hot water to shower etc. had a cold shower for my birthday morning!
