After a week camping in awful weather, I wanted to get a place whilst I met up with some old friends, I booked this place on line, and I'm so glad I did! It was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped, the owners are very friendly, and have done a great job in renovating the building into a 5 star accommodation, would highly recommend it

The Byers Tethra at St Bees is a lovely place to spend a few days. Very dog friendly. The sea front and walk along the top of St Bees head are amazing. The two (very) local pubs in St Bees both served great food and were good value for money. I recommend booking a table in advance at busier times of year, unless you don’t mind a wait..!The area around St. Bees has numerous places to see and do. We went on the 1/4 gauge train (The Ol’ Ratty..) at Ravenglass and walked around the edge of the Scafell range of mountains. Keswick was not too far and the Lakes Distillery is worth a visit for Whiskey, Gin, Vodaka.

A lovely quiet spot, but filled with local amenities; a village store and loads of lovely eateries. The flat is 100% gorgeous, compact and yet with a feel of spaciousness. We lacked for nothing and felt so comfortable and taken care of.
