About this apartment rental

This One Bedroom Condo located on the ground floor in a gated community has all of the comforts of home and everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. All linens, towels, cookware, flatware and utensils are provided. Just steps away, you will find covered parking, pool/spa area and tennis courts.

Please Note: We offer basic cable streaming thru the Spectrum app, via Roku. All popular streaming apps are available to access using your own accounts.

We do not have a dishwasher.

I am local and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Complex is near the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway entrance. Downtown is less than a 5 minute drive.

Guests will have the entire condo to themselves.

Condo was ok. Nice and clean and seriously had the BEST bed we have ever slept in. Would have liked a dishwasher and cable tv, but otherwise met our needs. Pool area and grounds were fantastic!

We were already familiar with this location and it was our preferred one so got off to a great start. The unit was clean, bright, functional, and steps away from the pool and parking. The property management team was accessible, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

This condo was just absolutely perfect for what I was needing . The location is super quiet and the pool is about 20 feet from the condos front door! The host were very quick to respond to any inquiries. Upon arriving, the ac wasn’t getting cold, I sent Walt a message, they had the hvac techs out early morning next day and re-charged the system . It was nice and cold after that! All in all it was a great stay and I highly recommend it !

Jeff and Walt are great hosts and very quick to response for any problem or questions. The unit was well supplied with all the necessities and more. There were even some exercises equipment. The unit was next to the pool and very close to the laundry room. Whole complex is very green, clean, well maintained. People living there are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

Cute condo in a very quiet complex. We had everything we needed inside of the actual unit. Everything was incredibly clean. The bed was so comfortable! We had a great time and loved our stay. The only downside was that we never got the initial welcome email that included the information to gain access to the property. Because of the location, the wind made the pool very dirty.
