This property is across the street from the world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, walking distance to historic downtown New Braunfels shops, restaurants and nightlife, 10 minutes to historic Gruene shops, restaurants, Gruene Hall and central to the Texas Hill Country.
The covered balcony overlooks beautiful trees and a partial view of the river and the fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer makes you feel at home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Comal River from the expansive outdoor deck and lawn, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and large swimming pool. Try out your grilling skills on one of several bbq pits overlooking the river. Most of the local tubing outfitters offer pick up service in front of Schlitterbahn(a five minute walk) to take you to the beginning of the river tubing route where you can rent a tube and will pick you up from the last tubers exit just a 5-10 minute walk down W.Lincoln St. Many guests enjoy throwing a tube in the river, anchoring to the bank and just floating in front of the Inverness property to keep cool or just enjoying the swimming pool over looking the river. Or you can access the private river access on the property for a relaxing one hour float, get out at the last tubers exit and walk back (5-10 minutes) to Inverness.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, TWO ADULT TUBES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS USE DURING THEIR STAY and wristbands(one per registered guest, including children, are required to be worn at all times on property and will be provided upon check in.). AN ELECTRIC TUBE INFLATOR will also be available for inflating additional tubes. It is in the top left red wicker drawer in the living room. Also, there will be two parking tags provided, a blue one for the covered parking and a green one for any additional vehicles for the open parking lot. These parking tags must be filled out and displayed on your vehicle at all times while on property, to avoid being towed. Please return the tags to the condo before checking out.
