Welcome to your Comal River retreat—perfectly located for everything New Braunfels has to offer. Step outside for direct river access and easy tubing, or unwind at the community pool just steps away. Schlitterbahn is right across the street, making this an unbeatable location for fun and convenience.
Inside, the condo is bright and inviting with natural light and backyard views. The open living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and space to relax after a day on the river. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—cookware, dishes, coffee mugs, and more—plus a dining area for shared meals or game nights.
The private outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the peaceful surroundings.
The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed with easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Beautiful renovated 2/2 condo with a carport!! We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time at schlitterbahn waterpark. The river was flooded and it was nice to have a back up plan.

We enjoyed this rental very much, it was spacious, clean and well kept. We loved the location, next to Schliterbaughn water park. Would love to use this property again for another future trip to New Braunfels and Schliterbaughn.

Provided a comfortable place to stay that allowed us down time from all the wedding festivities. Packing up and leaving was made difficult because of a power failure.
