A luxurious Tahoe escape surrounded by lush pine forest, this air-conditioned 3BR home offers seclusion yet is just a short drive to the shore, Heavenly, shopping, dining, and some of the area's most popular trails.
The open-concept great room seamlessly connects the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features plush seating for 6 surrounding a gorgeous stone fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, generous counter space, and an island with seating for 4. The formal dining table seats 8.
The master bedroom on the second floor is luxurious with a King-size bed, lounge seating, work desk, TV, and an attached master bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The lower level boasts an additional entertainment room with a sofa sleeper, second fireplace, and large flat screen TV. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has a queen, both with access to the downstairs full bathroom with shower/tub combo. A half guest bathroom is located near the main floor living area.

Beautiful sunsets and views out the patio. Comfortable beds, great jet tub for tired muscles. We enjoyed our time in this lovely home.

The house and location were perfect! We really enjoyed the fact that everything we needed was there. Timely communication leading up to our trip, and during. was a nice bonus. Definitely a chill spot, we'll be back next year :) Instacart delivers here too, so we didn't have to spend vacation hours shopping.

This house is nice and has a lot of amenities (cooking supplies, hot tub, etc.). However, I wouldn't call it "luxurious" as it says in the listing. It is very outdated (most of the appliances are from the 90's) and there were several issues we had during our stay. We noticed that there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling above the kitchen table, as well as in the corners of the room on the ceiling. There was also a spider web connected from the wall to the top of the TV. When I communicated this to RNR vacations, they said they would let their cleaning company know so they could fix it after we left. So much for the cleaning fee that comes with the rental. The tuner that is used for the TV and the inputs (cable, apple TV, etc.), is very old and doesn't work well with the in-ceiling speakers. When we tried to watch several movies, the speakers were quiet and when we turned the volume up high to hear the movie, the tuner shut everything off. We contacted RNR vacations and they sent someone out to look at it; the result was "we need to talk to the owner to replace this". We were then unable to watch any movies for the last half of our trip. Also, the oven did not work. We had to have RNR vacations come in and bring a table top oven to cook. A day later, the repair shop came in and fixed it. Overall we had to have people come 3-4 times to the house to check on or fix things. I was surprised that we had these issues based on the previous reviews and description of the property. Other than those issues, we had a good time.
