Loved this place. Great location. Cottage had just about everything we woukd need. A couple suggestions which I wrote in the little journey left for renters to fill out. Overall great experience.

Absolutely amazing week on the lake with our young family (toddler and 6 month old baby). Perfect for swimming, kayaking, and more. The house, deck, and yard feel very private. Views are hard to beat. Exceptional!

The cottage met all of our needs during our two-week stay on Higgin’s Lake. We especially liked the location and view and accessibility of the water, right out our door. Deck, dock and fire-side seating were comfortable – we used them all. The cottage itself was quaint, comfortable and well-equipped. We spent a lot of family time, working, eating, and talking at the nook dining table and on the deck. Diane was an excellent host.

Cottage was cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Wonderful views of the lake. Owner was great to work with. Looking forward to coming back next year.
