About this cottage rental
This beautifully appointed Sparrow Pond cottage features a picturesque sunroom overlooks the lagoon and you can view the ocean in the far distance, and watch the boats pass by. The fully equipped and updated kitchen with island seating is open to the main living areas. The spacious living room offers a beautifully furnished space that feels like home, and boasts a nice TV for movie nights, while the intimate dining area makes every meal feel special.
The deck back at the back of the cottage, overlooks the lagoon and distant ocean view, where you can take in the ocean breezes and catch a beautiful sunrise. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor surroundings from the large wraparound side deck, offering dining table and seating for 6.
Two of the three bedrooms boast King beds and each of the spacious bedrooms has its own private bathroom, updated with tile showers.

This was our fourth time to Kiawah and favorite rental! The cottage had a third bathroom which was why we chose it. There was plenty of space for 6 of us! The third bathroom was really nice to have. This home was beautiful! The furniture was comfortable and had plenty of living area seating. The beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a really big pantry room where we could keep all of our extra bags, drinks and food. There was a front porch that wrapped around to the back of the house and had a large table and nice grill. There was a beautiful back sitting room and the view was amazing!! Right on a lagoon and the ocean could be viewed in the background! Susie was great to work with, in fact, we ended up deciding to leave 4 days early due to a tropical storm and Susie worked with us to get some of our payment back. We did not expect that we would, but it was very appreciated, as we hated to have to make that decision. This is a great location, and a beautiful home with so much room! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!

My wife, two adult children and their spouses spent an enjoyable week at this clean, convenient and well-appointed cottage. We are long-time Kiawah vacationers, having first visited almost 30 years ago. My daughterssaid they liked this unit better than other places we've stayed

This property was perfect for me and my family! First and foremost it was very clean and cozy. It had plenty of space to cook, have family dinners or watch tv/movies at night! The sun room is where my wife and I spent most of our time watching the sun rise while drinking coffee or winding down at night with a drink. We grilled out one night on back deck which also shares the beautiful views and has plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Beach is a short walk away. Walking and bike trails into town or "The Nest" where you can play hoops, little kids can run around or you can grab a sandwich/drink. I would highly recommend this place to family, friends or anyone for that matter. Thanks a ton!

Overall the house was very nice. Beautiful view out back!The kitchen could use some updates but nice to have a clean updated refrigerator and Keurig. Susie was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and responsive to any requests.
