Relaxing get-a-way in gated community with access to 2 swimming pools (1 heated), spa, fitness center, theatre and business center. Upscale resort style living. 30 minutes from sporting and downtown Phoenix. Recently renovated with granite countertops and cherry cabinets. One bedroom condo that can sleep up to 4 including Queen bed and Full pull-out couch. Kitchen fully equipped and ready to use. Includes high speed internet and cable TV.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the patio for sunrises the community pools, having access to a garage, well equipped kitchen, large walk-in closet, plenty of drawers available in the dresser, free WIFI and location to Kierland Commons. Kierland Commons has many restaurants and shopping. The condo location provides easy walking to Kierland and around the golf course. The owner was very easy to communicate with and he was prompt to answer any questions. The condo was as advertised. We would stay again.

What a cute little condo. The place was well appointed with many little touches we didn’t know we needed until we found them! Needle and thread to repair a button, pool toys, condiments and spices, etc. furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating. We were two adults plus a toddler and space was enough for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet considering it is a condo. Neighbors were wry pleasant and respectful. The garage space is excellent as parking is first come first serve. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating the few times we needed to contact them during our 2 month stay.
