This property tucked away on the hillside in Santa Barbara has a lovely ocean view and a beautiful Koi pond below. Very private with private entrance completely removed from the main house and located on a two-acre parcel, This one-bedroom with living room and kitchenette offers all the comforts of home and more! Just a short 3-minute drive to the beach or 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara where you will find many points of interest. The expansive deck offers a comfortable place to relax and take in the incredible view and fresh smell of the Pacific Ocean, along with a good book and glass of wine. Great location, close to beach, restaurants on Cabrillo and just several minutes from state street. Property is on the small side but has everything you need. I stayed for six weeks and enjoyed my stay. Owner lives on the property and she is delightful.
