Split Rock Cove sets on a gradual slope over-looking the emerald waters of beautiful Smith Lake. Enjoy the view from the expansive deck, swim in the clear waters from your private dock, or if you prefer take a quiet secluded walk.
This 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home has an open eat-in kitchen, den and master suite on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a gas range and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs overlooks the den and has two bedrooms ( 1 king and 1 queen) that share a central bath. Downstairs you will find an oversized recreational room that leads to two additional bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins), a queen sofa bed and a full bath.
There are plenty of options if you just want to lounge outdoors. The den has access to an expansive lake side deck or a screened-in porch while the downstairs rec room leads out onto a covered lake side patio with gas grill.

We had a fantastic time! The house had everything you could want. For the twelve of us, including 4 kids under 6 years old, it was wonderful. The bunk beds and games were a hit with the kids. There was ample room sunbath and swim around the dock. Everyone loved jumping off the rocks near the dock as well. We will be back!
