A new owner has made this well cared for condo just a little bit better by putting a fresh coat of paint throughout the home, new carpeting in the upstairs and purchasing new beds and bedding to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. As you enter the condo, you will notice a spacious great room with hardware flooring, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. A spacious kitchen is next to the great room with enough room to prepare family meals or hang out if you are entertaining!. The sun filled dining room opens up to a bay view deck which is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or enjoy a drink and watch the sunset! The second floor has 3 nice sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a hall bath and the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a sun deck! Each guest is assigned 2 parking spots so you can just park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and your favorite watering holes! This condo is ready for your enjoyment! Cheers!

Communication feedback was quick and helpful. Residence was clean. Ashley provided beach equipment for our stay. A local service set up the beach chairs and cabana umbrella each day and returned them in the late afternoon. We were very pleased with the accommodations of this condo. Located above the best sticky bun store in Avalon.

This condo was just perfect ! Check in and checkout was easy. Everything was clean and experienced zero issues . Convenient to everything in town and hosts were readily available if needed. 5 stars and would love to stay there again
