The new flooring must have been installed incorrectly because it makes a crackling noise when you walk across it. As someone sensitive to sounds that was a bit annoying. The apartment itself does not have a beach view, but the boardwalk access from the community pool was a nice feature.

Had nice time. Squeaky floors very annoying. Would not return to this unit until floors fixed. Beds too soft also
