Ocean Breeze East 404 is a well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned vacation home located directly on the beach. Enjoy quality time on the Gulf-front balcony in the mornings, maybe take a dip in the pool after breakfast, relax by the water's edge all day, and stroll along the shoreline in search of seashells when the tide goes out in the evenings. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 8, including all adults and children. Enjoy the view from the stylishly appointed living room through the sliding glass door or walk outside and feel the wonderful ocean breeze on your face. The living room is comfortably furnished for a fresh, welcoming vibe and equipped with a large television and high-speed internet. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, television, a full bathroom, and private balcony offering lovely views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The modern kitchen is fully furnished with updated appliances, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, and flatware. This vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well.
Guests of PKRM are invited to enjoy complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course, deep sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise, or admission to OWA Amusement Park. These adventures add real value to a family vacation with 1 complimentary excursion per day, per reservation.
Perdido Key is a laid back coastal community with lots to offer and Ocean Breeze East is conveniently located in the heart of it all. The condo was nice with beautiful view! I would recommend staying there. The only thing i missed was a recliner with being a senior citizen, comfort is a must. The twin bed mattresss are hard. I did add to the kitchen utensils and various items missing there. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic beach view on the 4th floor Condo was nice and comfy. Parking was not convenient at all yourSecond vehicle had to be parked a few blocks away.but overall was a super place and will return!!!!

We had a great time. We did have some cleaning issues with the bathroom and spiderwebs in the light fixture. They took care of some of it.
