Glass sliding doors in both the living and dining areas lead to the expansive beach front balcony with chairs and outdoor dining table perfect for enjoying beverages and even dine al fresco while taking in the vistas of Perdido Keys shores.
The open concept flows right into the dining area, which seats 10 people between the dining table and bar area, and on to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator, double sink, granite countertops, a huge breakfast bar for entertaining, plenty of cabinet space, are provided to enable you to enjoy this home as if it were your own. There is a separate laundry area with full-size washer and dryer, overhead cabinets and shelving for groceries and other supplies. The accommodations were as described. Overall clean condo with no issues during our stay. The door to the balcony in the bedroom with two doubles does not open easily, not a huge deal, but worth noting. The parking situation is not wonderful, this condo comes with a pass for the main parking lot and a pass for offsite parking. A 3 bedroom condo, may have 3 families at times, and so that makes it difficult to take 3 cars. We did not realize that the offsite parking was across the street behind the businesses there. We stayed during July 4th week and noticed that the main parking lot was not full, and some cars were not following the parking rules (either had offsite pass or no pass at all) It would be appreciated for the parking situation to be enforced as it didn't seem like it was very well. It's frustrating to follow the rules and park in offsite parking and see many other cars not following those rules. Other than the parking situation we had no other issues, easy beach access and pools (inside and outside) were nice.

This property is absolutely beautiful with everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect for kids with easy access to beach, indoor and outdoor pool.

This was a beautiful condo and was exactly like the photos however I was completely surprised that an issue with one of the outside doors was not fixed after I read reviews stating the same problem we had. The door was extremely hard to lock and when it finally was locked it only took a slight touch by one of the kids to come open. We finally settled for a chair in front of the door to block access. I tried to call to report the problem but was on hold for too long and just hung up. I will take reviews more seriously now for sure! Another surprise was parking. If I had known only 2 cars could park anywhere close to the facility I would not have booked. Although we had a couple of issues, the beach and pool areas were beautiful and we enjoyed our get away.
