Overall, it was a great place to stay. Clean and just as pictured with good quality necessities. I was excited to see I could easily take care of my daughter's big mustard stain from her skirt and I was happy to see the big beach towels to dry off with after time in the hot tub and pool. I will say the hot tub chemicals were much too strong for me. We only used it the first night because I ended up with some sort of reaction. I also recommend placing a baby gate in one of the closets for guests with kids to use. I imagine this would be useful for dogs as well. This was certainly a safety concern for us with a small toddler. Even with these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was so cute and quiet and the home felt like the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway!

Loved the location, the walk to the beach, the hot tub, enough space for 6 people, the well supplied kitchen, the grill, the park with a fire pit just half a block away, the ample towel supply, everything. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Wifi doesn't work well outside near the BBQ When we arrived there was one empty propane tank and the second tank had enough for one meal. Had to message customer service for another full tank. This is probably the same oversight for not have the hot tub clean. Hot tub does not use Chlorine is what the CSR said but uses bromine instead. We always wash before and after entering a hot tub, and we had rash and red spots on check out day. I messaged CSR and they said they would look into it. Still have heard back from anyone since returning 7 business days later. Everything else in the house was good, no other issues there. I will say there is a lot of stairs just to get around. TVs are small for the living room layout. The washers take awhile to unlock and the dryer needs 3 cycles to dry correctly. Hot water is on an on demand system, so the master bedroom shower doesn't get very warm. Its the only shower which has this issue so we had to use the other shower from the second bedroom.

We booked this home for my daughter's 18th birthday and had a wonderful stay. The king bed was really comfortable and the privacy while you sat in the hot tub was simply perfect. This is the second time we've stayed in this subdivision and this was the better location being a block from the park and stairs to the beach. The home was really cute, comfortable and well equipped for cooking meals. The only feedback I have is to replace the porch And ceiling fan lights and make the door code shorter. I had to look up the code every time which isn't a huge deal by any means. Would absolutely stay here again

Parking is terrible. 3 spots listed but only one car can fit. If you park in garage you have to climb over the car to get out. If you can get over curbs and hills of driveway entrance only one car can fit in driveway or you have to climb over the car to get out. Nothing worked in home and management is non responsive. Best part was having code change and not being told so we waited in the poring rain while waiting for the new code to be sent for 30 min at 11:30 pm. Would not recommend for the price. Furniture worn out so you practically fall to the floor when sitting. Had management been responsive and only a couple stayed here vs a family it would have been ok but I don’t recommend for a family. Which is sad because it has potential and is right across from the main park.

This house was the perfect fit for our family. We loved being able to bring our dog, swim in the community pool and end our day in the hot tub. Everything was provided in the kitchen which was nice since we cook a lot.

We enjoyed three nights at the Knot a Care home. Our family of 8 felt comfortable and relaxed. We were able to enjoy family dinners in the large dining room with an equally beautiful and large dining room table. The walk to the beach is literally 5 minutes away and in July there was just the right amount of people on Olivia Beach. Not too crowded and the view was stunning. We enjoyed the living space--so comfortable and there was enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. In the bedrooms and bathrooms the amenities went far above our expectations. For large families the bunk bed room with a full size bed was just perfect for our children. In each bathroom there are enough towels and hair dryers for every person. The game selection was fun too! You all created such a warm and inviting home, I hope we can stay there again. We will recommend it to our friends and family!

Yes Home had everything in the TV in every bedroom, lots of bathrooms. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Comfy blankets everywhere. Comfortable chairs and couches which was awesome for sitting back and relaxing. Great hot tub, Every appliance you could think of. Great Wi-Fi. Everything about it was a plus. Will definitely remember this place.

We had a nice stay and the house was a great fit for our family of four. The neighborhood was cozy and quaint. We were a quick drive to everything we wanted to do and see. The only drawback is the beach access because there were so many flight of stairs. We didn’t realize how high up we were.

Property was ok- front door did not work so we were unable to access property. Luckily the back door was left unlocked. Property was clean- blinds did not work some broken, master bedcover has a hole in it, said there was an Xbox none we could locate, driveway hard to get into. Stepping stones very uneven and for older person no property needs more railings.

The house was nice and comfortable. Very clean, except for the windows, but being on the Oregon Coast I can imagine that would be a never ending task. Little thing #1... the hot tub was broken. We were informed of this within a few days before our arrival, but still disappointing. As others have made this comment too, this seems to be an ongoing problem. Little thing #2, we knew of the pool in the neighborhood but we didn't know it wasn't available to us. Little thing #3 the first morning I woke up to make coffee and found the glass carafe with a hole in the bottom of it! I texted with someone at the number that left our entry instructions that suggested I purchase a new one and submit the receipt for reimbursement! When I said "no" the said they'd send someone over with a new one. Well, we were gone all day for a family wedding and returned that evening and guess what? No coffee pot. Texted again and used the excuse that it was "too late" in the day to send one (although the knew of the problem before 7am that day. I was offered another apology and assurance that a new one would be there the next day. Nope. never showed up. Little thing #4... the kitchen faucet is cheap and flimsy and always dripped unless you could find that perfect spot to stop it. Little thing #5... some of the window blinds are broken and unable to properly close. Little thing #6... parking for 3 vehicles is laughable. The neighbors parked in the street, so we did too.

We really loved the cute beach cottage. Spacious and clean. The park across the street was ideal for my 4 yr old. Grill and hot tub worked perfectly. The only disappointment was the fridge froze our food even though it was at the lowest setting. I noticed on other reviews it was happening to others. We had to throw away a bunch of food unfortunately.

The house is wonderful, but a couple things need to be repaired. The refrigerator needs repairs or replacement. I went into town and bought groceries on the first day of our stay and by the next morning, most of my groceries were frozen solid. There were a couple areas in the refrigerator that would not freeze your products, but for the most part most of our stuff was frozen. The other repair needed is the hot tub. It doesn’t seem as though the filter or the Jets work. After a few days, the hot tub was filthy and nothing was filtering and the Jets barely worked. Other than these two things that need to be fixed, the house was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable, but keep in mind that it can be very loud. The homes are so close together that you can hear anyone’s conversation. I personally would not stay here during the busy season.

The good: Great location, nicely appointed , clean home. Modern amenities, extremely comfortable Beds/ mattresses! This home was roomy for 2 families with kids and a dog. Location and proximity to park/ beach were lovely! In addition, it feels very peaceful and quiet but close to stores, etc for any needs you have. Olivia beach is great and this house is in a good location. Cozy for sure and quiet. The Meh: kitchen could use some additional items- maybe a cookie or baking sheet. Filter in the fridge not working- So ice is not an option . Small things but not a deal breaker. If you have large vehicles, parking could be tricky. We have an expedition and were only able to fit 1 car in the driveway. It was not a big problem but any larger car- would not fit. Certainly not 3 cars if you had 3. The Ugly: part of the reason for specifically renting this house was having a hot tub. It’s really nice for Oregon winters! We paid the extra fee and the hot tub was there but when we arrived it was cold, half full and dirty. Very disappointing for 2 excited teens and 2 chilly adults. We called Vacasa and texted. On the 2nd day, a very nice tech was sent but it seemed to be a known problem and the tub quickly emptied. Vacasa has not refunded our hot tub fee to date and it really does need to be replaced. I just do not appreciate false advertising. Clearly a great place- but not a functioning hot tub. The ugly:Not a huge deal but if you pal. To cool The kitchen lack The hot tub is broken

Appreciated the secluded area within walking distance of the beach. The stairs to the beach is a good climb, not for someone out of shape. House was tidy and exactly as advertised.

We really enjoyed the sand toys and even the giant kite, over all clean With all the amenities from home, the sink plugged up and cable didn’t work, however our maintenance man Dave was prompt, got it done and even took some time to fix bathroom door and attempt to fix cable, having a dog basket was really thoughtful we had great family time, we even pull out the Monopoly game

It's in a quiet residential area close to the beach. It was SUPER clean with a well stocked kitchen. It's a very kid friendly rental with room to spread out. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs & they're all great but might be something to consider if anyone has ambulatory issues. Our group left very satisfied!

We specifically booked this house because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately, the water level was barely above the top jets, there was significant debris and dirt in the water, it was green in color and smelled terrible. Clearly no one had looked at in in weeks. I messaged through the app and they said they'd have someone come, but no one ever did and I am pretty sure that it would take a complete empty, scrub and refill before it was usable anyway. My kids were very sad about this. The top shelf and door shelf of the fridge completely froze some dairy and produce that we had to throw away. We were given a small refund after I requested one, but considering the hot tub was the main reason we booked the house, it didn't feel like nearly enough. The house otherwise was a great place to stay, sorry I couldn't have given it 5 stars.

Quiet neighborhood hot tub wifi comfortable. Hot Tub was not hot enough though and cleanliness in areas of the home you could tell wasn't even touched dust and very dirty like on top of the curio cabinet in between the kitchen and the dining room. It is also next to impossible to actually get to talk to a live person at any one of their locations. I have called these past 3 days and was on hold for approximately 6 hours in total with nothing but elevator music. My daughter did laundry and took my 2 volvo key fobs out of my coat pocket when she washed it. She seems to think she put them on top of the curio cabinet which she said was filthy or put them on the shelves above the washer dryer. I have called many times not able to talk to a real person or able to communicate this to them. I live on an island and to program a key so the car will recognize it requires a volvo service technician from anchorage or shipping the car to the nearest volvo dealership to program the transponder chip to the car at a cost of between 3 to 5 thousand dollars. The key fobs are in that home and it would be a real easy fix on this end if in fact there was an actual live person to talk to or a way to leave a message. The house is a nice home but is being poorly managed by vacasa. I have booked in the past with Meredith Lodging and was always able to get in touch with a live person or leave a message. Vacasa charges a lot in fees but no support whatsoever. The property would be much better represented if it were managed by Meredith Lodging. I will from here on out use Meredith Lodging in the future. With the cleanliness being subpar in this home and the total lack of support from Vacasa this is the last time I will ever book a vacation rental through that company.

We had a great family vacation, this was our first time staying in Lincoln City. The home is very well set up for a family, we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice add on as well. The home is set in a private neighborhood and the beach access is about a 5 minute walk down a hill and then up a different hill and down a large staircase. Very private beach area was nice. Would recommend to others. Thank you for another great Oregon Coast Vacation.

The Good: The house was perfectly lovely and very clean. The home was centrally located and had cute decor. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the tub in the master suit. The Bad: The downstairs heat was not working at all. Even the gas fireplace wasn’t working. It was 55 degrees when we entered the home. There were space heaters available, but after an hour the temperature had only gone up two degrees. The problem was handled within two hours of arriving which I really appreciated. However it was annoying that the management was aware of the issue and didn’t warm the house prior to our arrival. Also the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Minor inconvenience for us, I only mention it in hopes the owners will consider a sectional or just something more suitable to the space.

Very clean, and comfortable. Good location. We stayed in December, and strangely, the only heat source for the first floor is the gas fireplace, which was not really adequate for winter heating. The outside stairs and decking is dangerously slippery in the rain. Stairs and decking need grip stripping to provide safe, non-slipping walking. Of course, this is a mute issue if you are there and it is not raining. Would we rent this home again, yes we would.

Three generations gathered for a “craft weekend”. We paper stamped cards, sewed Christmas items and cooked. What a delightful time. We found ample towels and cooking items to suit our needs. The living room seating was not comfortable nor the lighting in that room adequate for our needs but everyone would not do the activities we did. The dining room table was superb. We would return to this lovely home. And we found everything clean.

We loved this little gem of a vacation home. It was clean and beautiful inside. Everything worked very well for us and we had no issues. The kitchen we adequately stocked and there were plenty of towels for the hot tub and the beach. The beds were comfortable. It was wonderful all around.

Unfortunately the pool is seasonal and the beach access was closed while they replaced the stairs. Those were the only two disappointments of the trip.
