Great place for a family trip near Winter Park and Rocky Mountain Stables. Plenty of space, cozy fireplace, and well-stocked for cooking. Convenient location with easy access to town and ski resorts. Would definitely stay again!

Great family condo 2 bedrooms / 2 baths sleeps 6. 2 Bunk beds sleeps four kids in one bedroom. One bunk has full size lower bed to accommodate 2 couples in the unit as well. Queen master with private bath, perfect for family use. Larger dining room table with built in leaves allows everyone to sit together at the table. Wood burning fireplace creates warmth in the winter. Great unobstructed view of Byers Peak from living room and patio. Ground level unit eliminates loading up stairs.

Two minute walk to best clubhouse in the valley. Includes heated outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs, racquetball, weight room, locker room, game room, and event room.

Meadow Ridge is centrally located, just down the hill to grocery store and restaurants in Fraser. Hilltop location next to meadow creates true mountain getaway experience. Winter Park / Fraser valley has a relaxed feel with world class skiing, golfing, hiking, rafting nearby. Bus service every 30 minutes is available just outside the unit for convenient parking free access to Winter Park Resort. Enjoy a 40 minute drive to picturesque Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Nothing fancy but gets the job done for budget friendly price! I stay here for New Year's with my two college age kids and had a great time. Second bathroom is great, and it's an easy drive to Winter Park. Meadow Ridge clubhouse is just a couple minutes walk across the street to quick access workout or our favorite, ping-pong. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for this trip. Very near Winter Park and Rocky Mountain Stables where we did a horse back ride. We were able to cook meals there and enjoy the fireplace, and everyone had plenty of space.

The place was perfect for our small group. I would think it would work for 6 peope comfortably. It was well stocked and clean when we arrived. Right off the bus shuttlento get in to town, or to Winter Park. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for Winter Park skiing weekend! Nothing fancy but the price was right and the condo got the job done. We love the Meadowview neighborhood for clubhouse, proximity to Safeway, and ski hill.

Very dirty, not kept up at all. Black mold in the master bath, wouldn’t take a shower in there. Walls were very dirty. Was hard to get in with key, took quite a few times before it would unlock.

Have stayed in this subdivision before and really enjoyed the location and amenities. This unit needs some basic updates and a good cleaning. The sheets & towels were less than thrift store quality. The master mattress was old and had huge brown stains. The unit was dirty overall and pretty beat up.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and had a great visit. We didn’t need a lot, since we were on the mountain all day, but this place provided a comfortable place and all we needed to cook a few meals and get some good rest.

As a family of 6, we often have a hard time finding a condo in the Fraser area that works well for our family at a decent price. This condo hit the spot. The bunks allowed for all four of our kids to sleep in their own beds. And the price point was great! I love the Meadowridge location, as it is close to the Safeway for groceries and a short drive to Winter Park for skiing. We also love the Clubhouse at Meadowridge, and for this specific condo the hot tub is right across the street. The condo is well-stocked, plenty of dishes, coffee cups, and eating utensils, and if you need it, there is a Crockpot.

We love this location of this condo and the proximity to Fraser, grocery store and other amenities. The condo itself was clean but missing a few elements that would have made the stay more accommodating. We ended up buying dish soap and scrub pads for doing dishes. We also regretted not bringing more games as there were only a couple of games and a a few toddler dvds available. Overall, a decent place for the price.

Finding the place was impossible. Directions were not very clear at all. Once we finally found it, they said the top lockbox was broken and we should use the bottom one. It is broken also and we literally had to jam the box back shut (several people tried first). The unit was gross. Hair all over the bathroom, several dishes were dirty, hairs on the sheets. When we went to the MeadowRidge Club to use the hot tub it was also difficult to find and then I wish it was more clear that we 100% had to bring the spa key that was hanging on the mantle at our condo unit. By the time we did all of that we had 20 minutes left in the hot tub. One of the worst rentals we’ve experienced unfortunately.

I was pleased that just 10 days before New Years, I was able to find a reasonably priced place to stay so my expectations were not high. The condo is very dated but decent and clean. I was disappointed after a day of skiing and a stop at the store to arrive at condo and find not even a sponge to clean the dishes? The worst part of this condo was the mattresses. They were so awful my teen slept on the floor. Not 1 of the 5 beds were even slightly comfortable. Otherwise condo kitchen had decent things, furniture met our needs, size was nice, location great, but those beds were a problem.

I was difficult to do my homework with only a 6 day notice, as we were storm chasing. But we came upon this place and booked because of:1. Its proximity to Winter Park2. It was on the shuttle/bus lineEverything was perfect. Getting the bus is easy as it runs every half hour. It is also just as easy to get back to the condo from Winter Park. We didn't use the club house (which is right down the street) as covid restrictions require a reservation and you're only allowed 50 minutes per day to use the hot tub and pool.What we discovered on a few of our blue bird days, is with a front porch like this, with the view that it has, WHO NEEDS A HOT TUB! The sun was warm, the view was breathtaking. Absolutely recommend this rental to anyone.I read another review before we booked about the noise upstairs. Let me tell you. The family that owns the property above, have two young children (maybe 6 and 8?) and are absolutely wonderful people! Had a drink with them last night even. Yes, we hear the kids running around. So what, that's what kids do! It stops about 10pm and begins again about 7 or 8 am? If you're complaining about the noise, my reply is, first chair is 9 am. Why are you still sleeping!! Get your ass up and get on the mountain. That's why your here. Quit your whining. Loved the family upstairs and loved the kids. Didn't mind the noise at all. We will absolutely be coming back!

Location is great, close to everything and easy to get to.Affordable price and had everything we needed.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking/dining supplies. Beds were comfortable and clean.My priorities are: Safety, comfort, location, affordability, and a clean place to sleep/eat/shower. This condo met all of my needs with ease. There are some minor updates/repairs that could be done to the condo but nothing that affected any of my priorities or that aren't in keeping with other comparable condos everywhere or allowing strangers to stay in a place and expecting them to treat your stuff the way you would. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Stayed 4 nights in this condo from 1/18 to 1/22/11 -- a quick, honeymoon getaway. It was romantic for us because we just wanted to relax, ski, play in the snow & not stay at a hotel! Had everything to feel like we were at home. Movies on demand, DVD player. Cooked a spaghetti meal, baked cookies. Loved the beer glasses in the freezer and the toaster oven. More than enough dishes, wine glasses and cooking utensils. My husband & I took naps each day in front of the wood fire on the leather couch & reclining chair. Electric baseboard heaters work very well -- especially since I always run cold! Conveniently located near the Safeway as you come up the hill. We forgot wood so my husband ran back down & he was back so quickly that I was still unpacking the groceries. But -- it's not too close that you feel like you're in a commercial zone. The open meadow out the front is a nice view; you're not looking into another condo, plus it's somewhat west-facing so you get sunset skies. Rented skis from Ski Broker across the street. Limited selection but it was ok for us since we were skiing only one day. You can always go the the main location across from Safeway. Saved $30 to $40 over renting at the mountain for both of us. Great steak dinner at Tabernash Tavern -- make reservations. Devil's Thumb was fun, too. Great value, great location; I'd come back & recommend to a friend.
