About this house rental
Casita Sunshine, has its own sun and terrace area. There are 2 holiday homes on the finca: Casa Maxi and Casita Susana. Casita Susana is located above the main house and has its own sun and terrace area, so each of the two residential units has its own outdoor area and thus creates privacy, only for pool use do guests of Casita Susana have access to the lower level of Casa Maxi.
The finca supplies itself with solar energy. Therefore there are none of the big "power guzzlers" like dishwashers or washing machines in the house. Both cottages are modernly furnished on a well-kept plot. Due to the 400 meters of altitude you have a wonderful view of the sea and the neighboring island of La Gomera as well as the breathtaking sunsets. Internet via WiFi.
Casita Susana consists of a living room and a separate small bedroom. Shower room with wash basin and toilet. Living-dining room with kitchenette. The kitchen has a 2 burner gas stove, fridge, sink. Towels and bed linen are provided, beach towels should be brought. Two sun terraces, one with a barbecue area, are available for single use. For entertainment there is satellite TV with radio.
The communal pool can be used by all tenants of the finca. It is a non-smoking property. There is a German butcher and restaurants 1 km away. The nearest beach and the Costa Adeje are about 7 km away, the next golf course about 5 minutes. From the south airport it is approx. 25 km to the property.

The studio apartment is very clean and well maintained, the owner was great with her communication and very helpful. Great views and nice pool with your own terrace up above the pool (which is shared with another villa lower down if rented out). You do need a car though, and although it is up a steep hill the road is very well maintained and we didnt pass any other cars up or down the road. Bed very comfortable, shower and all facilities of a high standard. Very much like a detached hotel room of a top quality.
