Amazing condo with adorable tropical decor and everything you could need for a great stay. Kitchen was was incredibly equipped including all the tiki barware and a chilled bottle of bubbly in the fridge. Big fluffy beach towels and toys and the view was perfect. Be sure to get the golf discount - the course has seen better days but the condo is prime

Sylvia’s Vista Waikoloa was amazing. Having two primary rooms with attached bathrooms was so convenient for my husband and I and our adult son. The beds were super comfortable. Everything in the condo is high quality from the bedding to the towels to the decor. Would highly recommend and will stay again. The location can’t be beat.

What a beautiful resort condo - nothing lacking! We were so busy the whole time and hardly relaxed so we didn’t get a chance to write in the guest book. We faired tropical storm Calvin and had to cancel golf but made the best of it. Sylvia is an incredible host with superb communication from start to finish. I hope I can stay again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay, the location is great, walking to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach! The condo was the best equipped VRBO I’ve ever seen with every kitchen accoutrement you could think of and very nice updates and appliances. There is also every beach toy or accessory one could need which came in handy. A question came up during our stay and Sylvia was so quick to respond also messaging us the first day to make sure we got in and everything was to our liking. The roomy patio had a great view of the mountains, golf and pretty sunsets, this was the most used space in the condo with well appointed outdoor furniture and seating. We did use the golf discount which was worth while. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was such a pleasure to stay in! The owner has really gone over and above to offer an exceptional condo. I love the two en-suite master bedroom set up. The furnishings are comfortable and high end. Everything is new and beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Great discount golf. We loved sleeping under the ceiling fans at night. It kept us cool and we really felt like we were in Hawaii. The three mountain view over the golf course from the lanai is truly spectacular. The kitchen was THE best equipped rental kitchen I have ever seen and it also had lots of things like soy sauce, specialty salts, spices, baking supplies, and much more. I very much appreciated the rice cooker too! All in all, a really wonderful rental, especially if you want discount golf at the Waikoloa course.

We really loved this condo! We have stayed in 2 other condos in Vista Waikaola, and this was the best by far. It was very well-appointed, very comfortable, and had SUCH a great kitchen. We had everything we needed, plus some. There were many great places to sit and relax, inside and out. The view of the mountains is incredible. I loved watching the sunrise from the the lanai every morning - just magical! We also loved communicating with the owner. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back.

The condo doesn’t feel like a rental. With the well appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms, updated bathrooms and many extras/amenities that give it a personal touch. The lanai - the sunrises were amazing! With the Kings’ Shops, Queens’ Marketplace, and A’bay short walk away. The complex was clean and quiet. We have stayed in many properties throughout the islands and without a doubt this is the very best one we have ever rented. Sylvia made everything about our stay so easy from check-in and throughout the entire stay. The condo is gorgeous - immaculate, beautifully decorated, and filled with every possible amenity. There were two avid cooks in our party who agree that the kitchen is spectacular! There was truly nothing we needed to provide except food and beverages. Our family had a great stay in this condo. Sylvia was great to work with and very responsive. Overall, a very clean and comfortable condo, including the beds. The wrap around lanai is wonderful with a golf course view. This condo is very close to stores. This was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There were extra appliances like a coffee grinder and air popper, fun dinnerware, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, fins and the beach wagon was great to use. Plus essentials like sanitizer. We chose to drive to beaches a little further away. The decor was Hawaii themed with lots to look at and enjoy. We really appreciated the extra touches in this condo. We did have small ants in the kitchen. We had to take care to seal everything up tightly. Overall this was a great condo and we would stay here again

We loved our stay at Vista Waikoloa. Sylvia is quick to respond and so helpful. The walk to the beach is short and the condo has everything you could want and more. It was so nice to have beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs, etc all there and ready to go. The Lanai is huge and the kitchen is very well stocked. We were even able to host dinner one night for our family of 20 and everyone had a place to sit. We would love to stay again if we get a chance to visit the Big Island again.

This condo was one of the most beautiful parts of our trip we visited Hilo to tour the Hamakua Chocolate Farm what an awesome tour also visited A-Bay, Kikue and 49 Black Sands Beach. At the latter of the two the snorkeling was wonderful. Our best meals were at the condo with a beautiful views. Kona brewery was fun to stop at and very reasonable to have lunch. We visited with our Wrangell, Alaska friends who now live on the island here what fun that was! We had star fruit fresh Ahi tuna steaks and the company was awesome! We highly recommend this condo as it is located in a perfect place. We also host our own vacation rental and we have to say that there is everything you need right here in this condo to be comfortable and have an enjoyable relaxing vacation! Hence the title of the review!

We just came back from our vacation and the location of this condo as well as the condo itself were perfect for my family. It is so close to the beach and a short drive from other beaches along the north-west part of the island. So we would spend the first half of the day there and the second half at the pool or relaxing on the balcony, and in the evening go to the beach again to see those magnificent sunsets. The condo has everything and more than a family would need. It is in a perfect condition, and has my dream kitchen :) Sylvia was a perfect host, always responsive to our needs or to answer our questions. She truly wants her guests to have the best experience! Definitely we will be back!

I wife and I and to how our children enjoyed this property for 12 nights on a graduation trip with our kids. The property was superb in every way everything you needed was already there including everything to go to the beach even a little wagon to pull your stuff in. Super clean beautiful property. I have to agree with the other reviewers. This was one of the nicest units I have ever stayed in. 5 Stars all the way. One of the things I enjoyed most was just relaxing on the huge lanai after a long day at the beach. In addition, the unit is fully stocked with your basic necessities. I would definitely stay here again.

Every aspect of Sylvia’s home is perfect - the location, the community, the ambiance, the decor and the amenities! Her kitchen is fully stocked with backing and cooking supplies while the cupboard is fully stocked with beach supplies! We stayed a month and couldn’t have been happier; it felt like home to us! We visit Waikoloa Resort every spring (except 2020) and have never had a rental more clean, equipped, so neatly decorated, and comfortable for everyone...and that lanai was well worth waking up every morning for sunrise!!! Beds were great, all upgrades are high quality (pics are true), so many appliances and beach equipment. All our friends were jealous haha! We never needed to use AC since there's so many fans and windows/doors to open. Communicating with Sylvia was easy and she's on top of everything. We will be booking this unit again for sure!!

The condo is exactly as listed and shown in photos. The was simply amazing! Many great amenities for use making the morning and evening kitchen routines just like (or better) than home. The furniture is comfortable and bedding was dreamy. Great lanai views and soothing breezes while relaxing at end of a busy tourist day. We had 3 other couples who were in other condos here and our room was far superior to theirs in both comfort, decor, amenities, host communication and price. In fact, they all said they would contact our host for availability when they want to return for vacation in Kona.

Everything I read prior to my stay at this property is absolutely true! I can’t say enough about Sylvia and her beautiful condo. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated in the spirit of the island. The sunrise views were spectacular and the location was perfect. I brought my 77 year old mother who had a long time dream to visit Hawaii and she loved staying here. The layout was perfect and the terrace gave her hours of enjoyment. Best of all, I was inspired by Sylvia’s wall art from a local artist. I am now the proud owner of one of his paintings! Maloha!!!!

We have stayed at Vista F205 since 2014 - every June/July. My husband will not stay at any other property in Kona for many reasons. The condo is large, spectacular view, huge wrap-around lanai, quiet, extremely clean, and decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has extensive amenities for a want-to-a-be chef like me. Every year we arrive, Sylvia has done something new to ensure that this property is "ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC." The location is accessible to shopping, restaurants, and the beach in walking minutes. Parking is simple and very close to the condo and the gym is well-equipped. When you enter the overall property location, beautiful orange trees lace the roads and everything is so well-kept. We hope to stay a month next summer. Thanks, Sylvia - we love the unit.

My family did not want to leave this place! We do a lot of rental by owner and this was probably the best stocked place we stayed in. The beds were comfortable (even so one kid chose to sleep on the lanai every night!). Sleeping with the doors open and breeze blowing thru was very nice. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner many days, and had all the tools needed. We loved having the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and other supplies available to use. The location was great and allowed us to explore from Waimea to Kona and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Sylvia and Rod’s condo is lovely! All the little extras have been thought of. Condiments in the fridge, spices in the cupboard. All the dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans you need. Shampoo and conitioner and body wash in the showers. Comfortable and clean beds , linens and pillows. Coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas plus much more. The lanai was our favorite place in the afternoon lounging on the cushioned sofa and two rocker chairs. We have stayed here multiple times so it feels like home away from home to us. Rod and Sylvia are quick to respond to your questions and are such a nice friendly couple. Great stay for anyone.

Thank you Sylvia - we had a very enjoyable stay in your condo in November 2016. Everything we could wish for was in the condo (including a coffee machine). The complex is very nicely maintained and the grounds were beautiful. We really appreciated how close our unit was to both the beach and to the Kings and Queens Shops (including grocery store and coffee shop). For the second week of our trip we stayed in a different condo complex in Waikoloa and we had to drive everywhere - definitely not as convenient. The other complex was also not maintained as well as Vista Waikoloa (for example, the blinds didn't work and the floor tiles were all coming off the floor). Sylvia's place has been updated and is a well-built complex. We never used the A/C as the layout of the condo means you can get some nice cross breezes. I liked how it was on the second floor, so we could leave the windows open for ventilation. I loved the view of the mountains & sunrise from the lanai. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed 2 weeks in this condo and I can only think of good things to say. It was well decorated. The layout of the condo with the extra 1/2 bath was great. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen updated and contained everything we could possibly need. Loved the plantation shutters on the lanai doors. We left the lanai doors open all night for the wonderful breezes. I tried to book the condo for next year as soon as I got home but it had been already taken for my dates :-( Hopefully I will be able to stay another time.

My husband and I with another couple spent 2 wonderful weeks at Waikoloa Beach Resort. We were extremely surprised at how well supplied the condo was, including many extra amenities not usually included in rentals. The rooms were large and well decorated. The lanai was roomy with an unobstructed view of the golf course. The large pool had recently been refurbished and the 2 lovely spas were nicely situated above the pool. It was a short stroll to the beautiful beach to enjoy many activities or have a fun lunch at the beach restaurant. If you prefer you can walk to the nearby shopping center featuring many unique shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

A friend and I experienced a fabulous week ( definitely not long enough! ) staying at this lovely, very well-appointed condo. Everything that you could possibly need was provided, from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious, with more comfortable living space on the huge lanai. We felt very spoiled indeed! It also is situated in a scenic, quiet spot, yet close to the beach access trail for our morning walks. Many beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute drive, north or south. Sylvia was a pleasure to deal with, from my first inquiries up to and including while we were in Hawaii. This condo should be at the top of your list if you're seeking comfort, luxury and everything at your fingertips!!

My family stayed in this unit in November 2010 for our wedding/honeymoon. It was so beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We had a wonderful two-week stay in this condo. The remodeled bathroom is beautiful (and I may be borrowing some of these ideas for my own home). It's a wonderful property, convenient to everything. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties, but none had a kitchen that was so well-stocked. Even the knives were sharp, which is practically unheard of in a rental. I look forward to coming back on our next Hawaiian vacation!
