The property was excellent in all respects and actually exceeded expectations. An easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to St. Armands Circle. The Property Manager was very personable and accommodating as well!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to St. Armand’s circle. We loved the little private backyard and all the kitchen & beach accessories you would need. Loved our stay here!

We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Loved the backyard! We had kids with us and it was perfect for them to play(glad there was no pool). The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. It was a lovely home- we’ll come back!
