The house was perfect for our long weekend. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the rooftop deck and the proximity to the beach.

Enjoyed the trip, the island, and time with the family. However, the rental was a bit of a dump. Great location and overall layout was good, but the place was filthy and not as nice as the pics online. Examples: air returns and surrounding area on ceiling is caked with dust; baseboards and trim throughout the house is in poor condition and are filthy; light fixtures throughout the house are not flush with the ceiling and as a result there are constantly flies, wasps, spiders, etc invading the living space; shower in guest bath was dirty - looked like someone just finished shaving in it; tables and chairs in porch area were not wiped down. Also, the gas grill was out of propane and the cookware was so poor that I went out and bought a new pan to get by for the week. Enjoyed the stay at Jekyll but won’t be coming back to this house.
