About this house rental
This luxury 2 story beach house (2BR/1BA) plus guest house (1BR/1BA) is located in an exclusive and private area on the Placencia Peninsula. Peaceful and right on the
Caribbean Ocean the main house provides 2300 sq. feet of space with 2 large bedrooms, 1 large bath, a utility room with washer/dryer, large kitchen with all new appliances, a den and living room space with a 47” flat panel TV. The second floor provides additional living space, and a beautiful and furnished veranda overlooking the Caribbean Ocean. The main house sleeping accommodations include 3 Queen size beds on first floor, and Queen bed and 2 twin beds on second floor. As a bonus, a new guest house just a few steps away from the main house is available at no additional cost which sleeps 2 and includes an additional bathroom, kitchen, and living space with 47" TV and DVD player.
Sports equipment is provided which includes several kayaks, snorkeling gear, and the best in fishing rods and reels. This equipment can be enjoyed right off our private beach and 130’ long pier and palapa. Also, this property comes with a new 12' fiberglass boat and Yamaha outboard engine which can be used along the shore to fish, sight see, and snorkel on a coral reef just a few hundred yards off our private beach.
Also, at a great reduced rate, our Guide can take you fishing (spinning reel and fly fishing) at some of the very best places offshore and also snorkeling at the most beautiful Cayes in the Caribbean. If you wish to snorkel, fish, or just sit on the pristine island beaches surrounded by blue Caribbean water off one of the many Paradise islands then that’s all up to you. When returning at the end of the day, you can cook fresh lobsters and fish on the 5-burner stainless steel BBQ. The Guide will prepare the lobsters he can catch for you and fillet the fish prior to your return to the beach house.
This property can be reached by driving from Belize City, which is a beautiful drive with stunning views, or take a 20-minute flight on Tropic or Maya Airlines from Belize City to the Placencia Airport. From the Placencia Airport one can rent a car or take a taxi to the beach house.
For those who like to fly fish for Bone, Tarpon, Permit, and Snook, the owner and his Guide can help you prepare for an EPIC fishing trip also including those who use regular fishing gear as well.

Carmen was very attentive to our family's needs as we traveled with an 11 month old. Communication with him was excellent prior to our arrival and while we were in Belize. The house was neat, clean and comfortable. The upper level was not usable space for our family, consisting of an infant, 5, 7, 8, 11 year old children and adults, as the steps were steep and daunting. The guest house was small but accomodated 2 adults.The property is a huge sandy lot with beautiful flowers and palm trees. The beach has a firm, sandy sea floor, and is not over 3 to 4 feet deep for 200 plus feet. The palapa was a great place to chill, fish and jump in the water. Kayaks were great fun as well.Went out to Ray Caye with Lincoln for a fabulous day of fishing and snorkeling.Housekeeping, upon request, was well done and groundskeeping was provided weekly.Many wonderful memories of our 2 weeks in Belize.through 70

Wonderful trip. Carmen was so helpful and responsive any time we needed anything. The house is as described, we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a blast out on Ray Caye and we caught enough fish to have for dinner the remainder of our stay. Read the instructions from Carmen and take advantage of the places he recommends, he's got it down. Our whole crew had blast. We can't wait to come back again. I'll miss coffee on the gorgeous palapa.
