The manager on the front desk was really helpful. Always said hi when I came back. Plus help us organise a tour into the bay, that was great, let ved the kayaking.
Think I hit it a little on the off-season, so the area is pretty quiet, mainly an area of just hotels but more than enough in the surroundings, especially over in Ha long city. Overall definitely recommend.

Hung, the manager is amazing. He is so friendly and helpful. He very patiently helped us with booking our transport and even our subsequent journey . We had the dorm to ourselves. The bed is comfy with clean sheets. The place is located in a quiet area around ten minutes walk to the beach. The price including breakfast is so cheap . Very good value for money.
Some of the areas smelled of tobacco smoke , but i guess it's difficult to enforce.
