Owner could not be more helpful. Stayed up til 4am to greet us. Booked boat trip for us. Really looked after us on our stay
Not much around the area. Lots of restaurants closed or deserted.

Thật tuyệt vời! Mọi thứ đều tốt đẹp ngoài mong đợi của tôi, giá phòng thì hợp lí, các dịch vụ khác khách sạn đều phục vụ tận tình , tôi đặt xe đi Ninh Bình và tour du thuyền rất hoàn hảo

Location wasn't too bad
Rip Off! I run small group tours and booked one room with one person instead of two. I expect to pay extra, they charged 200 000VND, bu the extra person on Booking.com is only 50 000! The staff didn't speak English (fair enough, it is Vietnam!) and my limited Vietnamese meant it wasn't worth arguing. I won't book here again. Lots of other hotels within 50m!!!!
