This is not a hotel !! This is a guest house !! Dont be scamed
People lives in the house , children and families
Visitors and external food are not allowed, the food options are very limited , only vegetarian food. I wanted to have dinner and a beer with a friend on the terrace, but they refused to let my friend enter, even though I had booked the room for two people.
The manager was extremely rude, raised his voice, and told us to leave. He even sent us to the first floor to check the booking details since i said i booked for two so let him stay if this will make him internal.
After seeing that the reservation was indeed for two people and i asked to check him in if this will allow us to have dinner or a beer on the terrace, he admitted that my friend can stay and but he MUST bring his suitcase inside without suitcase he cannot (was just bitching).
Zero respect to the guests , raising and screaming at 11PM WHILE all the other guests could hear and see!!
The place is loud especially the rooms on the roof !
All this drama over a friend having one beer on the terrace.
The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and unwelcoming AND VERY RUDE. The manager’s attitude was extremely unfriendly and rude. I would not recommend this place.
Everyone left unsatisfied and stayed without dinner and beer !

I stayed here for about $100 per night in a room with a partial lake view. The view was nice, but be prepared to climb many stairs to reach it. The room was very small and made me feel claustrophobic.
The washroom was very basic and didn't meet my expectations. Toiletries weren't properly provided, there were no bathroom slippers, and there was no hot water. The kitchen is right next to the room, so I could hear kitchen noise until late at night. Breakfast was also very basic with limited options.
I want to be clear that the staff were warm, helpful, and supportive, and none of my complaints are about them. My feedback is for the owner: the haveli has great potential, but it needs real investment in cleanliness, bathroom amenities, hot water, and breakfast variety to be worth the price.
