    I am traveling since 2000 and have been places throughout international and our own places , but this one was 0ne of the worst experience I had. First day I came they Assured me early checking in on call but once I reach I was told to pay some sum then only , i could get in , it's family trip I didn't want to embarrass them so I paid and also requested that whatever it takes I am ready to further but last day I need 4 hrs extra stay and I will pay as well they assured again We checked in but no cleaning was done nothing was there like towel , water bottled nor anything in washroom. I called them if possible to available they said we made whatever we can now it will be next day , I requested but one person named heeralal completed denied and behaved horribly . Throughout stay of 4 days it felt something I did wrong by booking this hotel. So much electricity power cut off ...No backup no wifi no help keep asking keep calling there was no willing to do any help. Last day while checking out also in Morning I requested if they can arrange 4 hrs more as I don't want to roam unnecessarily but they denied and said new booking has arrived and I have to leave it ASAP. We hurriedly left and same which I didn't like to roam in bright heaty summer daylight , we had to do and I forget my sunglass at hotel I came to check if I left , I felt very bad as at 5pm no body was checked in and room was empty. Only positive is the location.

    Actually it's good for last minute booking, the opposite of this hotel is municipal washroom and beside the common paid parking lot. About the facilities in the hotel the AC was leaking all the time whenever I started it. There's no toilet paper in the washroom otherwise the room is clean,and view from the hotel rooftop is mind-blowing. The staff was good. Didn't bother us for anything. Bedsheet were not clean.but as it's budget friendly so can't expect more. But the location was perfect everything is so close. I loved it.
