The location was very clean. Had plenty of room for everyone. The location was awesome, up a hill and secluded behind woods. There is one other home the hill but other than that you’ve got privacy. TVs in every room, but the main TV does have limited access to streaming apps, only YouTube and Netflix. No YouTube TV, Disney or Max. But overall great experience, very close to Nelsonville and Athens so had plenty of food options.

It has brand new Couchs set, we had one issue hot tub filter plug, called the owner with minutes they were there, awesome Service, would recommend it,to any other person who rent it. We had a very nice stay, comfy space. Kinda away from people, but not. There is a house or rental right beside it, but may be owners. The pictures dont really show how big the place is. Very spacious. Only thing I would suggest to the owners, is to purchase somw new chairs for the dining room table, they are pretty wobbly. Would love to stay in the warmer weather so we can fish in the pond. But had a great time!

Our annual GIRLS TRIP was a blast! The location had everything we needed. Plenty of room to accommodate six of us comfortably, two bathrooms, huge kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and was close to everywhere we wanted to explore.

The Hocking Hills trails we visited were not very far. Downtown Nelsonville is very close and seems to have anything needed. The only thing I might suggest is maybe some notes/instructions on the TV’s. The TV’s in both living areas received different channels. We were only able to watch the Ohio State game on one TV. The other did not receive the channel. Probably some kind of setting. Not a big deal at all. I really have nothing bad to say. We had a great visit. Thanks!

The house was great! It’s larger than the pictures show and my 8 friends and I were able to fit comfortably. It was nice to have the fire pit and the hot tub for hanging out with the guys and the grill worked well. It was nice to come home to the house and relax after a day of hiking and activities in Hocking Hills.

We had 11 women staying here for a relaxing weekend away with co-workers. We had more than enough space for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We also did some hiking near by at Ash Cave which was just a short drive away. Jolinda was easy to communicate with and always was quick with responses. We had a great time and would come back for future getaways!

The overall stay was amazing. It felt like home. Property was clean, well taken care of. Getting in touch with property owner was very easy. Response time was fast. Everything was just perfect. Rented the house for 6 buddies including myself.For a guys week to ride motorcycles in the local area.House had plenty of room for all of us.We even got to rental a few hours early and we could get in.awesome place.

Location was good for what we needed. Something close to Hocking Hills Golf Club. Also, close enough to Athens to go eat and enjoy the college town life. All in all, a very nice place to stay.
