Great place to stay in Sunriver - probably the best appointed rental I've stayed in - the kitchen has everything you need, the hot tub was amazing, and the location is convenient to everything. The cozy living area with fireplace was perfect for relaxing with a book or watching a movie. I was looking to immerse myself in nature for a few days and there are trees out every window. So easy to get to nature trails or the Village.

Four of us enjoyed a long weekend in this home, spending a lot of time on the deck. Kitchen was well-stocked. The place is in need of some updates - e.g. new duvet cover, new doormat on the deck, maybe some overall de-cluttering.

Overall, the unit was clean and well equipped. Communication was very good. The mattress in the guest room was severely sunken in the middle. Since a decent mattress is such a basic expectation, we can't give an overall high rating.
