About this house rental
Our 2,600+ square foot home is the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back comfort. The property has marble floors, tall ceilings, brand new appliances and stylish furnishings. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and comfortable, each with a king size bed. The upstairs master also comes with a wet bar, mini-fridge and separate outside entrance. All but one bedroom has adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs guest room and separate bathroom are both easily accessible. All bedrooms are equipped with split AC units and ceiling fans. Please note that there is no AC in the shared areas (living/dining room).
Our home also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the living area, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens and towels.
The outside space is perfect for lounging. With two small tables, both well-shaded, the patio is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing brunch or romantic dinner. The pool is small and fun, great for kids.

Early check-ins and late check outs can be arrange in advance based on availability.
Out of respect and consideration for our neighbors, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Please keep noise on the property, especially outdoors, to a minimum during this time. The property is also not suitable for events and large gatherings that involve additional people other than registered guests.
Please note that our cancellation policy is slightly different from what is shown below: 100% refund is offered if your booking is cancelled at least 90-days before the start of your stay.

Amazing! Our boys (11, 9, 8) loved the pool and lots of beach toys. Very spacious home in quiet, secluded area. Easy access to excellent beach! Highly recommended if you aren’t a fan of busy crowded beaches.

This is an ideal location for families or groups of friends. The house is spacious and meticulously clean, and you can enjoy a perfect park and beach which is so close you can be in the calm lovely ocean water or sitting under the palm trees watching the sunrise in 5 minutes! There had been a problem with the pool the previous week, and Katy and her pool guy worked tirelessly to make it right. We were really impressed with the privacy of the house and of each of the bedroom areas in this house, as well as its thoughtful amenities like pool toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. Highly recommended!

Great location across the road from Kailua beach and park. We were in the water for literally hours at a time. The pool was nice and the house was well equipped and lovely.
