About this house rental
This classic Lanikai Beach House rests on one of the most pristine areas of Oahu. Guests enjoy direct beach access from the ocean front lanai, just off the main living area of the home with an unobstructed view of the popular Mokulua Islands. At low tide, there is ample sandy shoreline to enter the turquoise waters of Lanikai. The house includes a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 family rooms, 1 guest room and a bonus room on the first level, with 2 spacious guest rooms and 1 bath on the second floor. There is an additional studio that includes a full bath across the courtyard with a private entry. The home is fully furnished with quality linens, bath amenities, beach towels & chairs, boogie boards and more. The shops and restaurants of Kailua Town are a short 5 minute drive while area hiking includes the popular "pillbox" trail. The 1/2 mile stretch of sugary-white sand, Lanikai Beach is a short walk away.
There is room for 3-4 cars on the driveway and the house has recently added split a/c systems to keep the home cool throughout the year.
This Property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, LLC and is a legally established rental accommodation that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. It is compliant with Hawaii State Legislation (HB2078) and is available to lease from 1 to 6 months

Whether a couple looking to get away or a multi-generational reunion, the homes prepared by Private Homes Hawaii are carefully selected to guarantee a fun, easy-going vacation in residential, upscale locations. Moku Iki was ideal: directly on the water across from the Mokes, fully furnished including beach supplies, and easy parking beyond the street. We are already toying with returning in the coming months.

Once again our experience working with Private Homes Hawaii for a month long stay in Kailua was amazing. From the welcome basket when we arrived, to the immediate response whenever a need arises I would highly recommend working with Private Homes Hawaii for anyone looking to rent a house in Hawaii. The Moku Iki property is amazing, right across from the Mokes on Lanikai beach is the best spot on the island.

The view is amazing but the house is a bit worn. Sliding screens broken in some rooms and rusty hardwares etc. The management company response to house issues (ie internet, plugged toilets etc) were super quick and much appreciated. Overall a positive experience.
