Nearly perfect stay. Definitely would stay here again. We maybe rushed a little bit in picking this unit -- my wife specifically didn't want a parking lot view and the picture on the website shows a "golf course view," so we went with it. Well, it's a very zoomed in view. The actual balcony view is of the parking lot. Once I realized it's building 3 I knew there is no way it could be a legit golf course view but then it was too close to our dates to change reservations. So that's my one and only complaint -- it was misleading to show a picture of a view that doesn't really exist without a zoom lens. Everything else was excellent. Communication was fabulous (I reported an issue with the sink spray nozzle and got a very quick response). The only thing it didn't have that we wanted was a stopper for our champagne. I believe reviews are for the benefit of potential renters, so I'll add that some of the floors look to have been installed by a non-professional (lots of short cuts), but we aren't there to look at the floors. And I've stayed in several other units and I'd say this one is better taken care of than most. Everything was in working order, it was clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay and look forward to the next one.

Great spot for our Easter weekend

Our stay at this Hilton Head Island resort was absolutely wonderful! The unit was exceptionally well-maintained and offered plenty of room for our group of seven to spread out comfortably. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the process, making everything seamless. The amenities really set this place apart:Beach Ready: The storage lockers were a huge plus—stocked with plenty of beach toys, an umbrella, and even a beach buggy wagon that made the short, scenic walk down the boardwalk a breeze.Convenience: Having the golf cart shuttle available at certain times of the day was a great perk for saving our legs.All-Weather Fun: The heated indoor pool was a lifesaver on cooler days when we still wanted to swim.Fully Stocked: The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need to feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better setup for our trip!We would definitely stay in this particular unit again!

location of the unit and view off the balcony is now what I expected...parking lot. Other than that everything was ok.
