You will be given your own private code to come and go without ever carrying a key. Unlike most all other condo rentals, we have purchased all of our own upscale linens and towels, thus no disappointing surprises you get from renting with the big rental agencies.

The Magnificent Upscale Brigadune Direct Oceanfront Condominium Complex is situated on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic ocean providing for spectacular breathtaking ocean views. The Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. Just South of the KIngston Plantation, North of Marriott's Grand Dunes and directly behind the famous Dunes Country Club. This fantastic high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas BBQ grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Walk out the door and onto the soft white sand of the most beautiful wide clean beach on the Grand Strand. Just a short walk on the beach is the famous Ocean Annie's an outdoor oceanfront beach bar and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or jogging.

The Brigadune is located on a secluded ocean front drive. The beach is not crowded like other areas of the Grand Strand. You are away from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Myrtle, yet if you desire to go and enjoy the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away.

Our spacious Direct Oceanfront Penthouse Condominium (PHD) is exceptionally quiet and offers breath taking views of the beach and ocean, has 4 Bedrooms, 3 3/4 Baths and sleeps 10. This Penthouse is located on the 18th floor and offers private restricted access available only to Penthouse owners and guests.

This Penthouse is the largest and most unique Direct Oceanfront Penthouse in possibly of all the Grand Strand. This Penthouse was once owned by the legendary singer John Cougar Mellencamp. The massive 16' x 53' living room features a 24 ft. wall of continuous opening sliding glass doors which gives you the most breath taking oceanfront views on all of the Grand Strand. Please note that there is NO actual balcony as the ocean comes right to you within the luxury of your living room. This Penthouse however does feature a private romantic side balcony for two with southern exposure overlooking Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand and the famous Dunes Country Club.

The master bedroom suite features two entrances, one being double all glass french doors for fantastic views of the ocean. It offers a king size bed and private bath with double bowl vanity sinks. Bedroom suite #2 also features two entrances, one being a 6 ft. sliding glass door with fantastic ocean views. It offers a king size bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 has fantastic views of the Dunes Country Club and wildlife marsh. It offers two double beds and has access to a full bath. Bedroom 4 features a private southerly side balcony overlooking all of Myrtle Beach. It offers two twin beds and access to a private half bath.

The Kitchen Island features Granite Counter Tops, a Wet Bar with a separate glass Beverage Center, under cabinet lighting, fully stocked accent lit glass stemware holders all wrapped with custom mirrors.

The Dining Room, Kitchen and Living Room are all large open flow areas, all with 10' high accent lit tray ceilings, nautical style crown moldings and each area with great ocean views. The large Rattan style dining room table and chairs seat 8.

This Penthouse is kept exceptionally clean with tiled floors throughout. Sheets / Bath towels / Linens are provided. There are Hair Dryers in each bathroom and alarm clocks in every bedroom. You will need to bring your own Beach Towels.

* If you have a large group, we also own the Beautiful Penthouse C immediately next door. Both Penthouses sleep a maximum of 10 people.

* The Penthouse is a NON-SMOKING unit.

* MAXIMUM SLEEPING OCCUPANCY of 10 is STRICTLY adhered to and monitored.

* Sorry, PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Damage/Security deposit will be forfeited if violated.

* Sorry, we do not rent to Golf Groups and Chaperoned or Unchaperoned groups of any kind.

* MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS & RV's are NOT PERMITTED on BRIGADUNE property.

Departure Cleaning and Linen fees will apply. Excessive cleaning is a additional charge.

Sales & Hospitality Tax will be added.

We ONLY rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday during prime time rental season.

WE ENCOURAGE Long Term SNOW BIRD RENTALS from November thru March. You can email me direct at [email protected] for special pricing. We do rent direct if you would like to avoid the VRBO Service Fees. The months of Jan, Feb, Mar are only rented by a 90 day rental period.


CANCELLATION POLICY
a) A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100 Administrative Fee.
b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
