The unit itself is well-appointed with a fresh coat of paint and new kitchen appliances. It boasts three bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The Master Suite is a spacious retreat with a King bed, full-size dresser, nightstands, a 50” flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom featuring a shower stall, jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, and commode. The Master Suite also has access to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the beach and sea.
The Second Bedroom features two Double beds, a full-size dresser, nightstand, a 42” flatscreen TV, closet, and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, double vanity, and commode. Like the Master Suite, it also has access to the oceanfront balcony.
The Third Bedroom offers two Queen beds, a full-size dresser, nightstand, a 50” flatscreen TV, closet, and a balcony overlooking the plantation. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the serene surroundings.
The Great/Living Room is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a Sleeper Sofa, Regular Sofa, end tables, a TV stand with a 60” flatscreen TV, and a slider leading to a large balcony with seating and oceanfront views.
The Dining Room has a table that seats six and a bar area off the kitchen counter that seats three. It also has a slider to a balcony overlooking the plantation, providing a lovely backdrop for meals.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Everything was satisfactory. The only complaint I have was the excessive use of plug-ins. The smell was overwhelming when I arrived. Fortunately since it was not hot I could open doors to air out. The bathroom in the kingsized bedroom had a sewage odor.

Location is great. View is beautiful. Plenty of space to spread out in the condo for a large family. We had 9 and a child.
