About this apartment rental

This one bedroom/ one bathroom, smoke-free condo, is located in building 19 at Ekahi Village, and is a short (less than 4 minutes) relatively flat walk to the beautiful Keawakapu Beach. The unit is located in the lower village. You can stay on the beach for the day or enjoy the amazing new waterfront pavilion at Ekahi Village. The pavilion has bathrooms, a heated pool, bbqs and a full kitchen as well as gym equipment and an area to play shuffle board

Our unit is a private ground floor unit located in the lower part of Ekahi Village. You will love the location of the unit as you are so close to the water you can hear the waves crashing on Keawakapu beach. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is both private and quiet. The unit is stocked with everything we think you will need including, boogie boards, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pan, utensils) for those nights you prefer to eat in! There are four beautiful swimming pools dispersed throughout Ekahi Village. The closest one is only a minute walk to our unit. Our unit has a beautiful green belt right off of the 225 sq. ft. lanai. This lanai faces west so you can enjoy the evening sun as it sets. While sitting on your lanai, you can enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed with blackout curtains and is attached to a large south facing private lanai. The living area sleeps two on the queen sofa bed. We also have a futon that is kept under the king bed as an additional option. We have a 7 night minimum but we will consider stays for less than 7 nights. Please note all stays less than 7 nights are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee).

But this is all just the beginning because at Ekahi Village you have access to all of Wailea. Wailea features world-renowned golf and tennis, beaches and an array of exquisite shops and restaurants. There's easy access to the 2 mile oceanfront 'Wailea Boardwalk'. You can also walk to some of the nicest hotels on Maui and enjoy their restaurants, ocean activities and other amenities including: snorkeling, diving, kayak and sailboat rentals.

Please note: A property-wide exterior painting project is scheduled for August 2025- September 2027. This building will be affected January 25 2027 to February 4th 2027.

***Also, from August 10, 2026 to October 31st, 2026 the main pool pavilion will be closed for new decking. There are three other pools on the complex. The closest one to our unit is less than a minute away. The daily rate during this time, has been reduced to accommodate this closure.

Amazing location and lovely condo. The communication with Jodi was outstanding (I even received an email from her making sure we had everything we needed). The unit is well-equipped (all the beach equipment you could need, all the kitchen utensils and even a Nespresso machine) and well maintained. We had a lovely stay!
