The minimum stay is 28 nights - 2nd-floor condo with mountain views features an open floor plan, large master suite as well as the second bedroom, 2 baths, dinning area, living room for rent in the Palm Canyon Villa Development of Palm Springs. There is a large patio off the living room. The GATED and private grounds include four beautiful pools and spas, each unique, across the street from a Golf Course. Beautiful lush landscaping surrounds the condo. A stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer and wireless internet are included in the rent with one dedicated covered parking space. Plenty of FREE street parking for you or your guests.
Turn key ready with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee cups, plates, pots and pans, etc.). We even supply your towels for the pool and shower. There is a land line in the condo with free local calling service. There is also a television with a DVD player in the living room as well as television in the master bedroom. A Gas BBQ on your covered patio. All you need to bring is a suitcase, equipped with a toothbrush and toothpaste.

All the comforts of home. Close to shopping, golfing, fantastic hiking and scenery. Go out for morning adventure/recreation and return for an afternoon at the relaxing pool(s) or play some tennis. Then head out for delicious bite to eat - try Babes bbq - so good - or cook at home. Grocery stores Trader Vic’s and Vons are both in walking distance.
We loved it. Had the best time.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely unit this past April. The location was excellent. Very quiet area, yet close to everything we needed. This condo is very well equipped, has everything we need to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Salt water pool was a bonus!

Great condo well staffed with all things needed. The condo is on the 2ed floor with 15 steep steps so if you can not do that well do not book. The pool chairs are in the unit so one needs to take then down and up every day which for us was a minus about the only thing we did not like but guess it is the condo assn rules. The pool and spa were perfect otherwise.
