About this house rental
Single Family renovated Oceanside Home - Great location. Our renovated, two-story beach house is just a 2-minute walk from the beach (oceanside)! We're in a quiet, residential neighborhood but still close to WaWa's, Marvel's Bakery, pickle ball courts and many restaurants & shops. The Fantasy Island Amusement Park, mini-golf, and water park are just one mile away! House Details: Spacious dormer upstairs with three single beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds on first floor. One full bath. Fully-stocked kitchen. Wireless internet, TV's (4), cable and DVD. A/C's on both floors and in each bedroom. Outside shower. Front porch and private, fenced in, back patio area. Gas grill. Porch furniture. Comforters & pillows are provided but please bring your own linens and towels. Parking for two cars; additional parking on street. No pets. Saturday to Saturday in season rental only. June & Sept are 3 night minimums. Check-in Saturday at 4pm, checkout by 10am.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros: location, location, location! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, beach and about a mile from amusements. Spacious outdoor shower. Beach badges included.
Cons: beds a bit firm (unless you like that), indoor shower tiny (ladies need to use outdoor shower to shave legs unless you're gumby); would be nice if beach chairs or umbrella were available (if traveling & not able to bring these- need to rent or do without).

If you have a smaller crew and are looking for the perfect property, this is it! Clean, comfortable and has almost anything you could need. It Is in the PERFECT location. We were able to walk practically anywhere we wanted to go and even when we did need to drive, it was a quick trip. Ruth was friendly and helpful in all of our communication. We will be staying again if she will have us!

This house was perfect for our stay. So close to the beach and many restaurants. The yard was so nice for our younger adults to gather.
The house was so clean and was nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this house for vacation. We are already thinking of renting again. 😄
