About this apartment rental
This 2nd floor ocean view condo in Las Mananitas is just steps from the beach. It was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2019. It features a master with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and large dressing area. The 2nd bedroom features 2 double beds and its own ensuite bathroom. An additional queen size sofa bed is in the living area, which allows this unit to accommodate 6 people very comfortably. There is a spacious ocean view patio with outside eating and lounging areas overlooking a semi-private pool. There are also 3 additional large pools, barbecue areas, tennis courts, putting green and a fitness room within the complex for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and drinks including toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, margarita glasses, wine glasses, etc. The unit is fully air conditioned, equipped with a uv water purification system, washer/dryer, programmable safe and all other amenities you would expect in a condo of this quality. Enjoy the free wi-fi and the smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. You don't even need to rent a car while staying at this complex. It is a 20 minute ride from the airport. Walk across the street to La Comer, Starbucks, restaurants, etc and take a cab ride back with your groceries. Take the local bus or a cab (both of which stop right outside the complex) to downtown San Jose del Cabo (10 minutes) or into Cabo San Lucas (30 minutes).

The Unit has recently been remodeled and is beautiful. The property is also beautiful. However, it's not ideal for families as there many many rules (no balls in the pool), and although quiet hours are supposed to be from 10 pm - 8 am, we were asked to leave the pool area at 2 pm for being too loud. The security guards were very nice, and apologetic, but they were pressured by the older owners of units who want it be quiet all day, and who don't want renters. We were harassed by one woman who sat on her balcony, watched us with her binoculars (looking for rule violations) and flipped us off when with our children standing there. The Director of the HOA told us that it was supposed to be a place for "quiet contemplation." Had it been advertised that way, we never would have booked it. We were in no way obnoxious or excessively loud, and our kids were very respectful. But our kids are kids. This is not a kid friendly environment.
