Disappointing

We, four, stayed in the appartment but it was not clean. The kitchen and kitchen stuffs were really dirty and the whole furnitures were old and some part were broken. In addition, Wifi connection was really bad and we couldn't use it almost at all.

One sheet and one towel cost €20 which was charged despite being receiving an email saying it would be included at no additional charge. Also reception was in unattended and had to wait nearly an hour for the checkout.

The music systems were outdated and you could not connect using bluetooth but not complaining as I had my speakers. Its an observation.

This is a classic! Really! Once, a place where Queens came to dine! Snuggled up to dunes, the location can not be matched by any other on Schouwen(Duivenland)!! The Torenhoeven Hotel is a classic vacation estabishment. Great accommodation near beautiful beaches and cities of Zeeland, Netherlands.

Everything was very clean. The property is well maintained. Staff was very friendly and always available, via phone and messaging. Location is great, close to the beach, lighthouse and away from busier areas.

Furniture and decoration could be updated.

Die Lage, die Ruhe und Nähe zum Meer hat uns allen gut gefallen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Anlage sind super.

Spielplatz für die Kleinen fehlt. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Kein Kiosk mit Brötchen morgens da.

Sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und nett.

Bei Ankunft war unsere Ferien Wohnung dreckig und wir konnten in der ersten Nacht im Hotel übernachten und es wurde gut Nachgereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung könnte besser sein.

Die Lage ist hervorragend zum Meer, ruhig und im Grünen. Die Außenanlagen könnten etwas modernisiert werden (Bank um Baum bei der Rezeption)

Die Wohnung 48 ist etwas heruntergekommen, die Extragebühr von 10 Euro für frühere Ankunft hat nichts genutzt, die Wohnung war noch nicht fertig. Für den Hund musste eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlt werden, davon war vorher auch bei booking.com nicht zu lesen. ☹️ Es gab kein WLAN, das Netz vom Hotel reichte nicht bis ins Appartement.
