About this house rental

The bungalow is located in a quiet residential area close to a little forest. It can accommodate up to 7 persons.

The bungalow provides all necessities and conveniences, including 2 bathrooms, two toilets (one located in a bathroom with shower, the other separate next to the main bathroom), an open kitchen with a ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Wifi internet access and cable TV with Dutch, English and German channels are available.
There are four bedrooms, three with double beds, one with a single bed.

In a separate room you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

As part of the bungalow you will rent a garden shed which contains bicycles for all guests, including several children’s bikes. The use of these bikes is included in the price.

There is off-road parking for two cars.

Alhoewel de inrichting wat gedateerd is, hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis is ruim met een grote tuin en alles is verder aanwezig. Stukje bij beetje wordt er van alles vernieuwd. De buurt is rustig en de locatie is prima. Je bent zo in Renesse, of Miiddelburg enz. Voor ons is het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Unterkunft war ganz nett, hat aber unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht den Zustand des Hauses wieder. Alles abgenutzt und veraltet, renovierungsbedürftig und pflegebedürftig. Aber schlimmer noch war die Hygiene. Schimmel in Abfluss dreckige Fenster, Haare und gelbe Flecken in den Betten, Staub und Dreck in den Ecken, Schimmel am duschvorhang haben nicht dazu geführt, alte Pfannen und Töpfe, abgelaufes Besteck, dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

Man kann mit dem Fahrrad alles super erreichen. Und das beste: für die Fahrräder ist gesorgt! Sehr ruhige Lage. Dir Kinder können auf der Straße spielen. Die Strände sind ein Traum.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, trotzdem recht strand- und zentrumsnah. Die Schlüsselübergabe und auch die Endabnahme war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Küche würde eine Grundreinigung mal gut tun. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sauber, trotzdem sollten die Schonbezüge auf den Matratzen mal getauscht werden und auch mal unter den Betten geputzt und aufgeräumt werden (das schaut man halt drunter, wenn man die Betten bezieht und die Matratzen anhebt). Der Garten/die überdachte Terrasse waren toll, der Rasen war gemäht, der optische Eindruck wurde durch das struppige und hohe Gras am Rande der Terrasse und dem Windschutz etwas getrübt. Die Fahrräder waren nutzbar und für kleine Touren vollkommen in Ordnung. Alles in allem ist das Haus etc. ok und sein Geld wert. Wir würden es noch einmal buchen.

Sehr geräumig, Platz für alle. Schade nur, daß in dem Einzelzimmer nun ein Hochbett steht. Dadurch ist das Zimmer leider nicht für alle Altersklassen geeignet und es musste eine organisatorische Umstrukturierung bei der Zimmerverteilung erfolgen.

Das Haus war prima mit einer tollen Raumaufteilung. Die Dame die übergeben hat super, die Vermieter leben in England. Leider war das Haus nicht sauber, man hatte auch nicht den Eindruck, dass man es den Mietern schön machen wollte, Betten waren durchgelegen, aber jede Menge Fahrräder die man nutzen konnte, das war klasse. Es fehlt nicht viel, eine gute Putzfrau, dringend notwendig, neue Matrazen und ne Blume auf dem Tisch.

Das Haus liegt inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem relativ großen Grundstück. Der Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist großzügig, die Schlafräume bis auf das Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett auch. Das Haus hat zwei Duschen und zwei Toiletten, was uns mit 7 Personen zugute kam. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vermittelt vor allem durch die Bilder ein persönliches Flair. Unser Enkel hat Kickern gelernt und sein Opa war erfreut. Dadurch, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen, brauchten wir nicht für alle Fahrräder zu mieten, allerdings sollte das eine oder andere Fahrrad gründlich überholt werden. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen. .

Der Bungalow von Familie Stahl ist ein schönes Haus für bis zu 6 Personen, dass etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Urlaubsgenuss wäre perfekt, wenn die kleine Toilette ähnlich wie das große Bad renoviert werden würde. Auch die Küche und das ehemals schöne Wohnzimmer könnten einmal wieder renoviert werden. Insbesondere die Gardinen (auch in den Schlafzimmer) sollten ersetzt werden. Ansonsten entsprach alles den Beschreibungen und wir hatten schöne Tage im Bungalow und im schönen Garten.

Net teruggekomen van de vakantie in dit huisje. Netjes, goed geregeld, alles compleet en er zijn fietsen ( daar niet al te veel van verwachten). Voor jongeren is het perfect want het is 4km van renesse vandaan en er zijn genoeg dingen te doen voor jongeren daar en er is een voetbaltafel en xbox in het huisje. Ook voor wat ouderen, hele mooie natuur omgeving om doorheen te fietsen of te wandelen en leuke tentjes om koffie te drinken.

Das Haus ist schon in den Jahren gekommen, aber die sehr ruhige Lage und den großen Garten gleichen vieles aus. Auch die Lage in der Nähe vom Naturschutzgebiet und Zentrum hat uns gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer hat uns überzeugt. Es wurden auch Renovierungen vorgenommen. Einen Sonnenschirm würde das Frühstücken auf der Terasse noch angenehmer gestalten. Wie haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Woche verbracht und das schöne Wetter genossen.
