The place is great overall. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and both bedrooms are spacious. The house was also very clean when we arrived.We traveled with a baby, so we asked in advance about a crib and high chair and were told there weren’t any, so we purchased our own. When we arrived, we found a pack-and-play in the closet, so just a heads up for future guests. Adding a high chair would make this home even more kid-friendly and likely attract more families.The bathrooms could use some updating — the shower could benefit from reglazing, and the toilets are quite low (good for kids, less ideal for adults). The backyard is small but very cute and pleasant.Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the home and the location.

The property was clean, roomy and comfortable. It was well-appointed with sundries, supplies, utensils, and cooking and dining equipment.The area was lush, green and quiet (surpirslngly as the property borders Pe'e Road).Communications with the management team were timely, complete and understandable.We would book again if/when we return to Kauai.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It was super convenient being so close to Poipu Beach and the shops around the area. It was a perfect place to stay with friends because each couple had their own room and space, and the living room was a nice area to hang out.
The one negative was that the place smelled pretty strongly like cigarette smoke when we arrived. The property management was responsive and dropped off some spray to get rid of the smell. It helped, but did not get rid of the lingering smoke smell completely. The property management was nice when responding, however, I received automated messages intermittently throughout the conversation. Not sure if it's just a problem with their system, but it was hard to tell if I was talking to an actual person when trying to resolve the problem.
