About this cabin rental
Our cabin is nestled on the edge of national forest with lovely views. Wild life, deer and occasional a bear will make their way to the cabin. The cabin was built in the 70's and recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, a king bed in the master, Queen and a FULL with a top bunk in the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen Smart TV. The cabin has two full baths. Washer and Dryer. New kitchen with all needed appliances and accessories. Working wood fire place for the cool evenings or just to enjoy. A wrap around deck on the back side to relax in the mornings and evenings. THE HOT TUB is on the back deck for your enjoyment after a day of activity. Firepit and private pool for our guests to enjoy. Grocery store is just a couple miles away. Cabin is located very convenient to activities, happenings, hiking, great restaurants and downtown Asheville.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hosts were very accommodating and went out of their way to provide us with any requests. Watching wildlife from back deck was our favorite part.

Our stay way very nice. David and Carolyn are wonderful hosts. A well-equipped kitchen, cozy family room, comfortable sleeping quarters. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. David even managed to get a family of bears to appear on cue! It is a rustic cabin, and not as isolated as it would appear. Easy access to Asheville and the surrounding area.

We left 5 days early after the water pipes froze and colder weather was ahead. It’s a cabin that has lots of potential that could use a thorough cleaning, a good airing out and some maintenance. The hosts were very nice.
